That is a tough one. I've watched a truly ass load of anime, haven't read as many manga though.

That's just a sample of them as I have two many to think of, considering that I have at least 1000+ hours of anime watch time.

Well, I gonna write mine too :'D So, I read many mangas and watched quite a bunch of different anime, however some of them I can consider as great, some of them as niiiice? well, nvrmind, let's go!
Manga: One Piece, Naruto (even though some parts of its ending SUCKS), Soul Eater, Nanatsu no Taizai, Rave Master (YES, I READ IT), Beelzebub, Katekyoshi Hitman Reborn, Magi: Labyrinth of Magic, Kuroko no Basuke, etc.
Anime: Hunter x Hunter Remake, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, again One Piece, SAO, Zetsuen no Tempest, K Project, Psycho-Pass, Sengoku Basara, etc.
Webtoon-Manhwa: Noblesse
Light Novel: Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari
