I was wondering if there is information on celestial dragon slayer magic and other slayer magics of the celestial element?

I've been looking through the rules and I don't know if the Edolas characters count as Major Characters. I've been wanting to make a character who's related to one of the members of Edolas' Fairy Tail but idk if it's allowed.

If someone could tell me that would be great :D

Mirror magic: it allows the user to twist certain parts of reality but only into a mirror version of it but they can only use this magic when a mirror is facing the thing they want to change

Help I was wondering if I could get approved for a special type of third generation dragon slayer. I have come up with a unique lacrima Known as Dragon essence Lacrima basically is the implementation of heart, soul and Personality of a dragon into a lacrima which means that whoever implants one can utilize dragon slayer magic but also speak and learn through the dragon in the Lacrima. For my character he has the Dragon essence lacrima of the Umbral (darkness) dragon king Nocturne who through their journey together teaches him dragon slayer magic making Erebos a special type of dragon slayer. So I was wondering if I could use that idea and if anyone else wants to use is just ask

I want to create a magic but since dragon slayer magic is supposed to be super rare I want to know is it okay to me to create one?

I've been all over this wiki trying to find anything about these types of mages. It's a concept I really want to explore in more depth. Like what makes a Grand Wizard/Grand Mage? Power level is probably the first indicator that one might use to determine who gets the title, but shouldn't it be much deeper than that?

In my mind a Grand Wizard/Grand Mage is a grand master of magic, and is able to use many kinds, including really powerful kinds, alongside a specialization.

(also should I just use mage instead of wizard? Hope this post is fine. Wanted to talk lore)
