Acena Minota (ミノタアセナ, Minota Asena) is a swordsman and mage native to eastern Desierto. Hailing from the infamous Behemoth race, she would be banished from its Minota Clan and the group writ large for her "instability". Feared by her clansmen for her battle prowess, she would be the cause of several male Behemoth's deaths, as her darker persona deemed them "too weak to mate with". Conflict between this side and her normal guise, who merely wants a male who will be a "loving husband and doting father" proved volatile enough that even her battle-loving race could deal with it no longer. She would end up in the hands of a happy go lucky swordmaster, when the latter prevented her from killing another would-be lover by defeating the Behemoth. For now, she contents herself to following the swordmaster, seeing her as the one capable of controlling Acena's darker impulses.
