Adaptation is a very rare Subspecies Magic of Magical Drain that allows the user to slightly adapt to nearly any form of magic they may encounter.

Adaptation is a very rare form of Caster Magic and a subspecies of Magical Drain. This magic allows the user to absorb almost any form of magic into her Magic Container. The absorbed magic is broken down by their magic power before it is distributed to the mage's mind and body in order to enhance it or imbue or body with the traits of the magic that was absorbed for a brief period in time. Examples of the latter effect is how she can cause burns through physical contact or obtain a high resistance to fire after absorbing a Fire Magic spell.
