Advanced Caster Magic (高度キャスター魔法, Kōdo Kyasutā Mahō) is a designation put in place by the Magic Council to types of spells within kinds of caster magic that is deemed too dangerous to be used by the common mage. Unless particular criteria or possess a record of experience in which allows one access to study particularly restricted texts, tomes or parchments are released so the requesting mage can acquire the knowledge legally. The only other way to learn this is to work as a high official or be a member of the Magic Council or inquire a separate order of magicians from elsewhere to teach you.
