Alfred Van Siegfried (あるふれど ゔあんしぐふれえど Arufuredo Van Shigufureedo) is an S-Class Mage and a member of the Heaven's Lotus Guild. He is also a blood member of the Main House of the Van Siegfried Clan.
Appearance[]
Alfred is a tall, young man with long, black hair and gray eyes. He typically ties his hair into a ponytail with his bangs swept away from his face. Alfred's attire primarily consists of a long, black jacket with gold trimmings, opened with an upturned collar and rolled-up sleeves, wearing a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, straightened with an unorganized blue necktie. Below this, he wears black pants and white shoes. He carries his sword beside his waist, and his guild mark is located on his left shoulder.

- Kotoamatsukami:This is Alfred's sword of choice, and the one he keeps on his person virtually at all times. Furthermore, he deeply treasures this sword as it was the reward he was given from his first job as a legal Mage.

- Simon Van Siegfried:Simon is the one who trained Alfred in the art of swordsmanship after the latter gained possession of Kotoamatsukami. Further, he helped Alfred hone his skills in imbuing his Lifestream Magic into his sword to increase the strength of his slashes. To this day, Alfred not only respects Simon as a clansman, but also as a mentor and a powerful rival.
