Liliana was taught this magic by her father after she had a sufficient amount of magic power to start using this magic. The magic allows Liliana to freeze water in the atmosphere around her without needing to use her sword. The magic creates a 'field' that can be increased by training. Any source of water vapor within the field can be frozen and used to her advantage.
