Bishamonten (ビシャモンテン Bishamonten "Armor of the War God") is a spell based on the god Bishamonten (more commonly known as Vaiśravaṇa), who is a prominent figure in Japanese Buddhism. It is an extremely powerful Caster Magic, and is a submagic of the Yakuma Eighteen War Gods Magic (ヤクマ十八闘神魔法 Yakuma Jūhachi Tōjin Mahō). This magic is unique among other types of Yakuma Eighteen War Gods Magic due to its dual-purpose- it can be used both offensively and defensively. This type of magic is also classified as a Lost Magic, not only due to its unusualness but also due to the fact that it is only possessed by extremely powerful mages.
