Cecilia Knight (セシリアナイト Seshiria Naito) is the reincarnation of the ancient "Fairy Queen" and a S-Class Mage. She is known as First (初代, Shodai ), as the first half-fairy existing in the world.

"La Rosa" when released.
La Rosa (バラ, Bara; Literally meaning "The Rose"): the signature weapon of Cecilia, a magical bow. It is made of wood with rosebuds decorating the bow, and when releasing arrows, the rosebuds will bloom. When open, the rose take Eternano from atmosphere to produce the bowstring and arrows; an infinite number of arrows can be produced depending of the efficiency of Cecilia in battle. The natural abilities of the bow looks like photosynthesis, process used by plants and other organisms to convert the light energy captured from the sun into chemical energy.

Arrow Magic (一矢魔法Isshi Mahō): The use of this Magic is quite similar to Sword Magic only it utilizes bow and arrows instead and it has a few different variety of effects in which Sword Magic doesn't. The few differences of this Magic from Sword Magic is that high level users of this Magic are capable of creating arrow out of their own magical power. Normal level users can coat their arrows with magical power to increase its strength and accuracy.
