Chisuzu LaHote (らふうつ 家鈴 Rahuutu Chisuzu) is a Human native to Edolas. She is the wife of the late Delst LaHote, and mother to Jason LaHote. Chisuzu appears as a supporting character in Fairy Tail: Dawn.
Appearance[]
Chisuzu, as of the current timeline, bears the appearance of a young woman with long, swirling orange hair and brown hair, the colousr of both her son inherited from her, odd markings on her cheeks, and red lipstick. She is a slim, very well-endowed woman. Like her son, Chisuzu of fond of rather Japanese-style clothing, donning a a black kosode and hakama, as well as white tabi and waraji. Unlike Jason, however, she also dons a large white haori over her clothing
When Chisuzu first met Delst many years ago, she had the appearance of a younger woman, her orange hair cut shorter, and no lipstick or markings. Her outfit, however, has remained viritually the same, with a few subtractions and additions. When she was younger, instead of the large white haori she currently dons, the woman wore a blue scarf around her neck.
Personality[]
As a young lady, Chisuzu was noted to be the complete opposite of what she was as of currently—a ditzy, absent-minded young lady with a slight rebellious streak. She was absolutely fascinated by the outside world, and sought to explore Edolas as to see it's many marvels, which she experienced indirectly at first through numerous articles and books. She was somewhat silly and easily amazed—upon seeing Delst for the very first time, she wasn't concerned at all with her near-death, but rather, seeing his magic made her completely ignore that fact. She was cheerful and outgoing; rather like the sunshine.
As an adult, Chisuzu had matured quite a bit. She had become somewhat mellowed out, which is explained due to the mysterious circumstances of Delst's appearance and her own son becoming wanted by the nobles. She was rather somber and kind of quiet, but the moment that Jason returned to her front door, she seemed to return to the personality she had as a young woman—but she still retained an air of maturity. Chisuzu is capable of working out differences between arguing guild members, and overall, she lives up to her position of mother.
