Chitsuki Scylla (チヒーウキ スキラ Chihiiuki Sucira) is one of the servants of Zelretch Kenos and by proxy, of Ravenclaw Family.. She utilizes Blood Dragon Slayer Magic via discovering the written teachings of a blood dragon while she also has an implanted lacrima, becoming a Third Generation Dragon Slayer.

Appearance[]
Chitsuki has the appearance of a short for her age girl with primrose coloured hair and eyes and a lot of freckles. She wears a pink dress and a brown long-sleeved shirt under it, with a red ribbon tied around her waist and behind her back. She has the appearance of a calm and good hearted girl but when her true self comes out, her face becomes psychotic, giving gleeful smiles and her eyes full of joy as she fights and kills.

Personality[]
Among the female servants of Zelretch, Chitsuki is the most bloodthirsty and dangerous. She has dedicated herself into killing and slaughtering, enjoying fights to the death while the bloodier they become then the bigger the euphoria she feels. She has zero appreciation for human life, treating everyone around her as a source of food and pleasure and that's the reason she isn't assigned into a team. She adores her master, Zelretch, obeying him due to his strength and she lives for the day she can witness and taste his spilled blood, all while hoping she is the one killing him.
Magic & Abilities[]
Great Magic Power: Chitsuki possesses great amounts of magic power, being able to generate and unleash great amounts of blood and not feel exhausted or weakened.Her magic power takes the form of a bloody mist that makes those near her wanting to puke.
Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Chitsuki is considered the best female in close combat, with her being skilled enough to be a challenge to even the S-class members of the guild.
Immense Durability: Thanks to her numerous fights, Chitsuki has developed great resilience, one that rivals Locro Ntaip's own. She can receive many physical hits and still keep going, with some coming from much stronger opponents than her and thanks to her magic, she can heal wounds at outstanding rate, making her last much longer in a fight compared to the others.
Enhanced Senses: As a dragon slayer, Chitsuki has enhanced senses such as smell and hearing, being able to smell one's blood from miles and even determine their emotional state through it.
Enhanced Regeneration: Thanks to her magic, Chitsuki has outstanding regenerative abilities, being able to heal wounds in seconds, something she can do others by having them drink a little of her blood, and she can even reattach her limbs which become fully functional in one to two hours, a process that becomes faster in Drive mode. Finally, her magic passively filters her bloodstream so alcohol and poison of non slayer origins are ineffective against her.

Blood Dragon Slayer Magic[]
Blood Dragon Slayer Magic (血の滅竜魔法 Chi no Metsuryū Mahō) is a Caster Magic, Lost Magic, and a type of Dragon Slayer Magic that utilizes blood.
Blood Dragon Slayer Magic is a type of Magic which allows Chitsuki to incorporate the element of blood into her body, granting her the exclusive traits possessed by a Blood Dragon. It grants her the power to produce blood from her body and to drink the one produced from external sources, usually people, to heal and strengthen herself and while she can drink the blood of the deceased, the blood of the living is far more beneficial. As a user of this magic, Chitsuki can turn her body into blood while also having control over her own blood's form, has increased regenerative properties, being able to heal wounds at outstanding speed while she can reattach lost limbs.

- Blood Dragon's Roar (血竜の咆哮 Chiryū no Hōkō): The Blood Dragon Slayer’s signature Dragon’s Roar in which Chiyuki gathers magic power in her mouth and then releases a vortex of blood.
- Blood Dragon's Fist (血竜の拳 Chiryū no Ken): Chiyuki gathers magic power in her hand and covers it in blood, punching the target.
- Blood Dragon's Crushing Fang (血竜の砕牙 Chiryū no Saiga): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hand and coats it in blood , swinging it in an arc to strike with her fingertips, leaving a trail of blood.
- Blood Dragon's Wing Attack (血竜の翼撃 Chiryū no Yokugeki): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her arms and coats them in blood and pummels the target. Alternatively, she brings her arms down to engulf a target in a vortex of blood.
- Blood Dragon's Scythe (血竜の大鎌 Chiryū no Ōgama): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hand and covers it in a scythe of blood. The scythe not only slices things but also collects a portion of blood from wounds to become stronger.
- Blood Dragon's Claws (血竜の爪 Chiryū no Tsume): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hand and unleashes bullets of blood.Alternatively, she gathers magic power in her foot and strikes a target.
Advanced Spells
- Blood Dragon's Blood Cloak (血竜の血液マント Chiryū no Ketsuaki Manto): Chitsuki gathers magic power and spreads it to her body, making it a liquid blood. Chitsuki can have attacks pass through her without effort and she can control her body in ways such as creating spikes etc. while finally, she can absorb the blood of others via touch.
- Blood Dragon's Blood Ties (血竜の血縁 Chiryū no Ketsuen): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hands and releases blood threads in the area that can cut others.
- Blood Dragon's Bullet (血竜の銃弾 Chiryū no Jūdan): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her index finger and by having her hand mimic a gun, she fires a bullet that upon hitting someone, it explodes inside their blood.
Secret Dragon Slayer Arts
- Scarlet Flow: Bloody Sea ( スカーレット・フロー：ブラッディ海 Sukāretto Furō: Buraddi Umi): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hands and spreads them before moving them in a counter-clockwise direction, releasing a wave of blood spears towards a direction.
- Scarlet Flow: Sacrifice Circle ( スカーレット・フロー：サクリファイスサークル Sukāretto Furō: Sakurifai Susākuru): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hands and claps them, releasing a bloody tornado that moves towards the target. The tornado removes the blood of anyone wounded that might be engulfed by it, with the average human being needing two minutes to have their blood sucked by it completely.
Sanguine Drive[]
Due to Chitsuki possessing a lacrima, she can access this unique mode known as Sanguine Drive. Drive itself is a spell initiated by harnessing the power of the Dragon Slayer Lacrima which is embedded within Chitsuki's body. Upon command, the Lacrima begins to distribute the Dragon Slayer Magic Particles stored within the crystalline orb at a swifter pace, accelerating the output and flow of magic from the Lacrima to her body in order to enhance all of her fortes, increasing the strength, speed, and potential that Chitsuki possesses tenfold, allowing him to take on even foes much more powerful than herself; entering a state of enhanced awareness and peak physical ability as her element cloaks around her. While in this state, Chitsuki demonstrates heightened reflexes and extremely quick information processing, and it amplifies the powers of her Dragon Slayer Magic without exhausting herself. This state grants Chitsuki the ability to perform new spells; as well as making her pre-existing spells far more powerful and when in this mode, she unlocks the true capabilities of her magic and her eyes become bloody while she is surrounded by a bloody red aura.
Spells
- Blood Dragon's Mark (血竜の符号 Chiryū no Fugō): Chitsuki gathers magic power in her hand and attacks the target with a palm strike, creating a symbol of blood. When she attacks those marked, Chitsuki can heal herself due to the symbol absorbing the target's blood's essence.
- Blood Dragon's Blood Type (血竜の血液型 Chiryū no Ketsuekigata): A spell that can be considered an ability or sub-mode where Chitsuki can control the properties of her blood, being able to make it boiling hot, acidic or poisonous and her spells can carry said property. Continuous change of blood properties is exhausting her magic reserves.
- Blood Dragon's Offspring (血竜の子孫 Chiryū no Shison): Chitsuki gathers magic power around her person and creates five serpentine dragons made of blood that bite targets and can either absorb blood from those bitten or inject it.
Trivia & Notes[]
- Chitsuki's appearance is based on Rachel from Tower of God webtoon.
- Chitsuki means Blood Moon and Scylla, while it's the name of the mythical sea monster, it's also the Greek adjective/word for bitch, with the full name being translated as Bitch of the Blood Moon.
- The surname was given on purpose due to the author belonging to the reader's group of the aforementioned webtoon that despises the aforementioned Rachel while the personality and powers reflect the group's image of her.
