The Diamond Celestial Spirit keys are Spirits keys that allows a celestial spirit mage to summon a celestial spirit. These keys are exceedingly rare, about as rare as the Zodiac Keys themselves. However the power of these spirits vary, many are capable of standing toe-to-toe with the Zodiacs while only 3 of the Diamond Spirits can over-power the lot of the Zodiacs and another 3 only being as powerful as Silver Keys. There are only 15 Diamond Celestial Keys in existence.
The Diamond Spirits have no leader amongst themselves, they act completely independently of each other. However they still obey and respect the Celestial Spirit King as any other spirit will. Most of them also have an ongoing rivalry with the Celestial Spirits, Ursa Major has a rivalry with Taurus, Cetus has a rivalry with Aquarius etc. However the 3 weakest Diamond Spirits have a rivalry amongst each other.
The color of the keys vary, some are shades of red, green, purple and much more. However the color of the keys are shown to possibly depend on the spirits power, with the White Diamond Keys possessing the 3 Strongest spirits while the Yellow Diamond Keys possess the 3 weakest spirits.
Origins[]
Not much is known of where these keys came from as only the Diamond Spirits themselves know of their creation and the rarity of these keys keep them from telling of their creation, and some just wish not to speak of it. However there is mention that each spirit were just normal creatures who became Celestial Spirits via a magical ritual, as Ursa Major stated that he enjoyed catching fish 'before the whole Celestial Spirit thing.'
