E.L.M.S.E. (ELMSE (高度リザードマンスーパーエディション), Kōdo Rizādoman Sūpā Edishon; Literally meaning "Enhanced Lizard Men: Super Edition"), or simply Elm (エルム, Erumu), is an Artficial Lizardmen created by Daphne, however, thanks to the technology and assistance of Hakase, Daphne managed to create a stronger than normal Lizardmen, branded as an "Enhanced Lizardman", resulting in the creation of Elm. Elm own ability to mimic his opponent's fighting style and magic is far more superior to the typical Lizardmen, in addition to his independent shapeshifting abilities and raw physical abilities, branding him as the Strongest Lizardman (最強リザードマン, Saikyō Rizādoman).
Elm primarily functions as Daphne's right-hand man, assistant and bodyguard, following her orders without question. Due to being a potential threat, he is placed under heavy watch by the Council and the Rune Knights, in case Daphne uses him to attempt an escape.
