Feyra Utoko (冷たい火, Tsumetai Hi lit. Cold Fire) was one of the human-favoring dragons from 400 years ago, known at the time as the Blizzard Dragon Fyre (霜の滅竜火, Shimo no Metsu Ryūho lit. Ruin of Frost). Curiosity for the human race was what compelled her to forfeit her dragon heritage via the usage of Compact Regression to retain a more human-like form. The role she played was that of a Doctor at the Bellym Research Facility researching into humanity and the ways of human society as a species, to further understand their culture and way of life. This interest was looked down upon by other dragons, but her father, Ghiaccio, was a firm supporter.
After hearing the news of her fellow draconic friend Notta joining the world of mortals as well, Feyre left the research facility and instead decided to tag along after Dakota, leading her to eventually join the gang "Fifth Ward Circle" (a complete opposite to her job as a researcher). Joining a gang was fine in Feyre's book, as she did join the humans to learn more about them, and that included every way.
