Fifth Ward Circle ( 五番目赤い頭蓋骨, Go Banme Akai Zugaikotsu) is a widely-infamous gang under the ruthless leader of Talán Avaric, who put Selenia Lustrivic temporarily in charge while he was away in Ishvaria. The gang is notoriously known for the illegal importation of banned magic books, rings, "certain" lacrimas, and are known to be the biggest supplier of illegal magic enhancers. They stake their territory in the Western Slums, which is also one of the more crime riddled areas of Earth Land alone, and can be identified by their gang symbol, and for wearing red bandannas out of their pockets along with dark hoodies, and sometimes red bandannas around their nose and mouth when in public doing a transaction. Men and Women are both a part of the gang and are given specific roles within the gang, such as women and girls would be more adept at being runners or carriers, while men would be the bodyguards, scouters, and snipers.

The age range consists of mostly 18 and up, although the youngest member in the gang was Red Wolf, a 10 year old who owes a debt to the gang through his deceased older brother. A couple are around the ages of 14-17, including Dakota Mysts, who is a key player. They also work closely with one of the well known cartels in the area.
