Guiltina (ギルティナ Girutina), also known as the Northern Continent (,) is a very large landmass lying to the north of Alakitasia and Ishgar. Home to a number of cultures, societies, and races, the continent is best understood in regions. Like Ishgar, Guiltina possesses a magic council, but they're considered largely a feeble showing superseded by other mechanisms. Despite at times disparate cultures, Guil is considered by many to be the most integrated of Earth Land's continents, including strong economic collaboration, a history of rallying together to extinguish overly dominant forces, and a continent wide ban on slavery. The Twelve Magus Peers are the continent's equivalent of the Ten Wizard Saints.

The Reino d'Aragón (リーノ ダラグン, Riino Daragun; lit. "Good Upper Valley Kingdom") is a nation occupying the southernmost peninsula of Guiltina. Seen as the main entry point of the continent, it is a thriving hub of trade, playing host to merchants and tourists keen on exploring the rest of Guil. Known as the birthplace of Flamenco, the kingdom is recognized as a leading contributor in the performing and visual arts. It draws its name from a legendary dragon, said to have protected the founding king and his mother during the dark days of Guiltina empire. The present sovereign is Esperanza of Aragon, the land's first queen regnant and the Queen of Flamenco (フラメンコの王妃, Furamenko no Ouhi).

Groussherzogtum Gréngbau (グロッシャーゾグタム グルングボー, Gurosshaazogutamu Gurunguboo; lit. "Grand Duchy of Green Earth) is a midsized nation lying in the heart of the Volklands. Boasting ten millennia's worth of history, it's considered to be the oldest of the human nations of Guiltina, if not the oldest over all. In addition to being the continent's primary breadbasket, it is also known for another export: the worship of Äerd. It is often coveted by rival nations for its wealth of natural resources, with invasions held at bay by a disciplined army and accumulated economic clout. It is led by a Groussherzog or Groussherzogin (lit. "Grand Duke or Grand Duchess"). The current sovereign is Ësti Äerdmesschter.
Pohjola Valtakunta[]

Pohjola Valtakunta (ポジョラ バルタクンタ, Pojora Barutakunta; lit. "North Kingdom") is a sprawling land covering most of Giltena's extreme north. Despite the frigid conditions for most of the year, the nation is a hub of activity and innovation, dubbed the Magic University (,) by its southern neighbors. In addition to drawing in hopefuls from around the continent, its reputation has expanded further afield over the last few decades, attracting individuals from Ishgar and parts of eastern Alakitasia. The land is ruled by Louhi II, known to most by her title Noitakuningatar (魔女王妃, Majo Ouhi; lit. "Witch Queen").

Valkyrjur Ríki (バオカイルジャールキ, Baokairujaa Ruki) is a relatively small nation occupying a long strip of east coast Guiltina. Purportedly founded by Valkyries a millennium ago, the matriarchal kingdom is infamous for its pirating tendencies, eventually striking agreements with other nations on the Guiltina coasts to leave their ships alone. However, the same cannot be said for those not flying the colors of a Guiltina nation. They have a tendency to target slave ships and vessels carrying illegal goods, led by experience, their gods, and eagle eyed captains. A relatively rare diarchy, their rulers also double as the heads of the army and navy respectively. The naval title, known as Herja (ハエルジャ, Haeruja; lit. "Devastate"), is currently held by Sigrid Reinndottir. The army equivalent, known as Vorðr (ボル, Boru; lit. "Warden") is held by Frida Thordottir.
Volksrepublik[]

Volksrepublik (ボークスレプブリク, Bookusurepuburiku; lit. "People's Republic") is a land-locked country in southern portion of the Volklands. A tiny city-state with less a thousand square km to its name, it has weathered a number of invasions through diplomatic skill and concessions, before creating the first known artificial god Hleina. She functions as the city state's primary protector. Unlike the bulk of nations in Guiltina and beyond, Volksrep uses a republican model, with a unicameral, elected legislature known as Volksrat (ボークスラット, Bookusuratto; lit. "People's Council") sitting at the center of power. It is composed of men and women over the age of 25.

Segenelân (セジェネルン, Sejenerun; lit. "Blessed Land") is a mid sized nation lying on the fringes of the Volklands. A rare democracy in a world dominated by monarchies, they further distinguish themselves as practitioners of direct democracy, relying heavily on referendums, local councils, and bolstering accountability of the national assembly to the people. The nation is led by the Potestaat (ポテスターット, Potesutaatto; lit. "On Legs Standing"), who is elected every five years by popular vote.

Mut Uatur is a relatively medium sized kingdom that rests upon the southeastern strip of Guiltina's coast. A kemetic nation, it was founded more than a thousand years ago by voyagers from the West who touched down in the continent as part of a coming of age journey. In the years since, they've since developed into a well-known port: being a docking location not only for sailors and traveling merchants, but also a safe haven for new adventurers to get their start. Ruled by the Nefermut (ネフェルムット, Neferumutto; lit. "Beautiful Mother"), they are a staunch matriarchal monarchy who practice the central worship and prioritization of mother deities.

Hochburg (, ; lit. "Heartland") is the largest of the Volk kingdoms. One of the recognized "high kingdoms", it emerged from the ashes of the former Kaiserreich. Well aware of the porous reputation its predecessor state had, and the continued suspicion of nations across the continent, they've worked to build confidence in their state. Still, old habits die hard; despite banning terms meaning emperor, some academics consider the Hochkönig (, ; lit. "High King") an emperor in everything but name, no doubt aided by the haughty bearing of previous title bearers. The current holder is Wilhelmina Wettin.

Eldaheim (エルダイーム, Erudaiimu; lit. "People's Land") is a queldan kingdom based in central Guiltina. Bordered by Fulkalandą kingdoms in the north and east, it separates itself from other states by continuity, among the oldest polities on the continent. Known for its general aloofness, the land still participates in "necessary" alliances and continent wide organizations. The sovereign of the kingdom is known as Tár (トル, Toru; lit. "Ruler") ruling in a manner akin to benevolent autocracy. Presently, the sovereign is Tár-fana.

Ængliseaxe Ríce (ングリシアクス ルス, Ngurishiakusu Rusu; lit. "Anglo-Saxon Realm") is a Fulka kingdom. Founded by a daughter of the chief deity in the years following the empire's destruction, the nation has endured for roughly a millennium. Well connected to it's fellow Fulka, the reigning Brytenwalda (, lit. "High King, Wielder of Britain") is a daughter of Freyja, while her consort hails from Gréngbau.
