Keraunos Cloud (ケローノス クロッド,Keroonosu Kuroddo) is a Dragon Slayer that utilizes Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic that was taught to him by his foster parent Keraunophis . He along with the other three dragon slayer children of the Dragon Hermits put a temporary ceasefire between them, all in order to help in the revival of the Magma Dragon Hephaestius so each may try to slay him and gain immense power.
Biography[]
Keraunos was born in the ancient Cloud clan in the mountain's base,a family that was relying on agriculture to survive. When he was born, a series of misfortunes were brought upon the family and when he reached the age of ten,the elders of his clan decided to sacrifice him to the Storm Dragon King Keraunophis who was said to be found at the mountain's top in order to bring them rain for the crops. When the ones accompanying Keraunos explained to the dragon the situation, he smited them in boredom and was about to eat the kid, however, Keraunos had so much sadness and anger that his eyes were full of such bloodlust that the dragon was impressed. Keraunos told him that he could eat him if he wanted, but after he gave him power to destroy his clan and in a mix of excitement and interest, the dragon agreed. After a year passed and Keraunos descended from the mountain, he went to his clan's base and learned that his parents suicided from sadness and guilt of being unable stop his ascedance to the mountain as a sacrifice, something that caused him sadness and some happiness because he escaped the fate of killing his parents. After the clan's destruction, Keraunos told Keraunophis that would gladly continue training under him and participate in the dragon slayer royale, much to the dragon's satisfaction.
Appearance[]
Keraunos has the appearance of a boy with black eyes and spiky silver hair that most of the time cover his left eye. He wears a black mask that covers his mouth, black long sleeved t-shirt, short gray pants that leave his knees exposed, a pale green scarf and sandals. His eyes are usually described lifeless or full of boredom, something that changes when he battles where his eyes are sparkling with killing intent.

Personality[]
Among the dragon slayers of Pangaea, Keraunos is considered the most easygoing and carefree, with the others calling him naive. In truth, he is far more perceptive and clever than he lets out, being the only one to realize that something was wrong with the whole dragonic revival after piecing the various clues and ended up killed for it. In battle, he always goes for the kill, being feared and respected in that regard by even Kranion Dragspilaion who is the most bloodthirsty among the slayers.
Magic & Abilities[]
Great Magic Power: As a dragon slayer, Keraunos possesses great amounts of magic power, being able to keep up in a fight with Roxanne and her friends and unleashing the high level spells of his magic.However, his magic power is outclassed by Astraios' and Kranion Dragspilaion's own.
Immense Speed and Reflexes: What sets keraunos apart from the other dragon slayers of his group, is his immense speed and reflexes, being able to move so fast that individuals like Astraios or Roxanne can barely keep up with his movements without using their magic each.
Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant:
Mediocre Endurance: Despite his speed and power, Keraunos' endurance is not so great especially when compared to his fellow dragon slayers, being able to be defeated by multiple good hits.

Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic[]
Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic (雷の滅竜魔法 Kaminari no Metsuryū Mahō) is a Caster Magic, Ancient Spell, Lost Magic, and a type of Dragon Slayer Magic that utilizes lightning.
This magic allows Keraunos to gain the characteristics of a lightning dragon such as the power to generate blue electricity for various purposes, consume natural or magical lightning in order to replenish his power or become stronger and also being immensely resistant to the point of immunity to lightning while also being able to become electricity. Keraunos claims that the lightning of the lightning dragon is able to smite everything and true to that, those facing him have described his attacks having much higher voltage and destructive power compared to normal lightning magic while also being faster. Also, even without his enchanted dragon slayer senses, Keraunos can see the bio-electricty of others regardless of obstacles, making any attempt at obscuring his vision meaningless.

- Lightning Dragon's Roar (雷竜の咆哮, Rairyū no Hōkō): The basic spell of a dragon slayer where Keraunos gathers magic power in his mouth and releases a beam of blue lightning that explodes on impact, damaging and paralyzing to a certain degree those hit like when he used it on Roxanne's group and made then unable to take a step for a while.

- Lightning Dragon's Iron Fist (雷竜の鉄拳, Rairyū no Tekken): Keraunos gathers magic power in his fist or fists and hits the target. While using it, his punching speed is increased, something he utilizes for multiple swift hits.

- Lightning Dragon's Thunder Stomp (雷竜の雷ストンプ, Rairyū no Kaminari Sutonpu): Keraunos gathers magic power in his feet and lunges at the target, kicking it with his electrified feet that might also zap it. When he utilizes it, he exhibits increased speed.
- Lightning Dragon's Crashing Fang (雷竜の砕牙, Rairyū no Saiga): Keraunos cloaks hands in lightning and strikes the target with his fingertips, leaving behind a trail of electricity. He also can project slashing electricity that both cuts and shocks.

- Lightning Dragon's Bolt (雷竜のボルト, Rairyū no Boruto): Keraunos gathers magic power in his hand which he shapes and releases into the form of a blue orb of electricity that explodes and electrifies those hit while it also travels fast. He can also create one that splits into multiple orbs.
- Lightning Dragon's Storm Sword (雷竜の嵐刀, Rairyū no Arashi Katana): Keraunos gathers magic power in his hand and encases it in a sword of lightning. Said sword electrifies anything it cuts and he can freely control its size. Also, by concentrating its power which has a result a decrease in its size, he can raise the sword's temperature and increasing its slashing and piercing power.

- Lightning Dragon's Wing Attack (雷竜の翼撃, Rairyū no Yokugeki): Keraunos gathers magic power in his arms to electrify them and then lunges at the target and swings them, electrifying them while also sending them away.
Advanced Spells
- Lightning Dragon's Storm Armor(雷竜の嵐鎧, Rairyū no Arashi Yoroi): A supportive spell in which Keraunos generates a great amount of magic power and contains it around his body, ending up creating an armor of lightning which then fuses with his skin in the form of electrified scales. While the spell is active, Keraunos has increased speed, strength and defense while his spells become stronger.

- Lightning Dragon's Thunderclap Roar (雷竜の嵐刀咆哮, Rairyū no Raiun Hōkō): The stronger variation of the basic roar spell. Keraunos gathers more magic power in his mouth than normal and unleashes a huge and wide beam that has a bigger blast radius and scorches anything in it.

- Lightning Dragon's Breakdown Fist (雷竜の崩拳,Rairyū no Hōken): The stronger variation of the basic fist spell. Keraunos gathers magic power in his fist and punches the air, releasing a giant, high-speed lightning blast in the shape of a fist, which, upon contact with the target, generates a massive and sparking explosion.
- Lightning Dragon's Hundred Storms (雷竜の百嵐,Rairyū no Hyaku Arashi): Keraunos enters a crouched stance, gathering lightning in his hands and releasing numerous homing beams of lightning that deal substantial damage to one or multiple targets while also electrifying them.

- Sky Descent: Storm Avatar's Rampage (スカイディセント：嵐アバターの大暴れ,Sora no Kōka: Arashi Abata no Dai Abare): Keraunos's strongest spell where he first claps his hands and then takes a wide stance, with the sky in his vicinity being surrounded in storm clouds. Then, lightning falls on him and does a counter-clockwise motion, releasing a chinese dragon of lightning that travels fast and creates a huge explosion of lightning that leaves a deep and scorched crater in the spot of impact. It's his strongest spell.

- Sky Descent:Four Corners Electrocution (空の降下：雷鳴実行,Sora no Kōka: Raimei Jikkō):Keraunos raises his electrified hand and slams it on the ground, creating a lightning pillar and then, four more pillars come from every direction that unite with the first one, creating a huge pillar that seconds later causes a huge explosion.
Telepathy[]
Telepathy (念話 Terepashī?) is a rather simple Caster Type magic, used to communicate with others mentally. The flexibilty of this magic is very high, as it has been shown that certain users can send thoughts to various people, at various distances. It also happens to be a subspecies of Spatial Magic, because Telepathy manipulates the space around Keraunos so that thoughts and memories can be transferred from one wizards magical signature to another's.
