According to Muriel Bernadotte, this Magic is not only a trademark of his family but also a set of powerful abilities that allow one to be "at the top of the food chain, not having equals or natural enemies." One of the primary power of Kinsho Kagan revealed in the Balaur Vengeance story is that it heightens the user's senses to their peak level. However, Muriel also states that masters of this Magic are capable of attaining even higher levels of proficiency, with only two known historical examples that "touched the godhood."
