Lemegeton Spirit Magic (七十二魔公召喚魔法(レンエゲトン・スピリット・マジック), Renegeton Supiritto Majikku lit. Seventy-Two Demonic Dukes Summoning Magic) is a Holder Magic, Spirit Summoning Magic and Black Art that enables the user to call upon the power of Different Dimension Demons, whom are a series of seventy-two phenomenally powerful eldritch beings with power beyond all compare that possess control over natural phenomena and are stylized after the Great Old Ones and the creatures in the works of H.P Lovecraft in general in addition to the demons within the Ars Goetia that the caster is able to summon in order to assist them, oftentimes acting as per the caster's orders for all sorts of purposes whether it be for offense, defense, and other capabilities, functioning as a guardian for the wielder within the heat of battle. This form of Summoning Magic is often regarded as the "Strongest Summoning Magic" (最強の召喚魔法, Saikyō no Shōkan Mahō) due to the sheer power of the summoned beasts involved; they could be referred to as a demonic strength that crushes everything in their path rather than spirits themselves- and to be fair, that comparison isn't too far off. However, relying on the Different Dimension Demons for prolonged periods of time commonly leads to unforeseen (for the user) consequences due to their very nature as tricksters, leading to the Different Dimension Demons and Lemegeton Spirit Magic commonly being seen as a 'dark counterpart' to the likes of Celestial Spirits and Celestial Spirit Magic, respectively.

Description

As described above, Lemegeton Spirit Magic allows the user to call upon the power of the Different Dimension Demons, otherworldly beings that, just like the Celestial Spirits, exist in a parallel world that's very different from the likes of Earth Land. Unlike most forms of Spirit Summoning Magic, which involve the manifestation of a spirit, an extremely powerful type of legendary creature that's classified non-corporeal substance contrasted with the material body which includes those brought into the physical realm through the power of other magicians such as Celestial Spirits, Familiar Spirits, Planetary Spirits, Elemenian Spirits, Virago Spirit, which are known to be somewhat holy, divine and sacred, commonly manifesting as pure magical energy or semi-divine energies that are not of this realm, the Different Dimension Demons and by extension, anything to do with Lemegeton Spirit Magic are said to be positively demonic in nature, their existences promoting foul energies not dissimilar to the likes of the Black Arts, Darkness Magic, Darkness-Make, Black Dragon Slayer Magic, as well as the Curses of Etherious in addition to negative emotions. However, unlike the artificial demons which were forged by the hands of the Black Wizard (and his Sun Trilogy equivalent), the Different Dimension Demons could be said to be the embodiment of the stray path of Magic taken by demonkind, their very souls and bodies composed of vices. As Lemegeton Spirit Magic obviously is classified as a magic in spite of these properties and characteristics of both the magic and the summoned creatures, not dissimilar to Devil Slayer Magic, Lemegeton Spirit Magic could be considered an anomaly in that it is an existence that's between a form of Magic and a Curse, allowing it to be labeled a contradiction made manifest as a supernatural power, drawing upon the user's negative emotions in order to bolster the overall parameters of this supernatural power. As mentioned above, Lemegeton Spirit Magic is regarded as the "Strongest Summoning Magic" (最強の召喚魔法, Saikyō no Shōkan Mahō) due to the sheer power of the summoned beasts involved; they could be referred to as a demonic strength that crushes everything in their path rather than spirits themselves- and to be fair, that comparison isn't too far off.

In order to harness Lemegeton Spirit Magic in the first place, a magician is required to forge a pact with one of them - this is referred to as a Diablo Deal (魔の取引(ディアブロ・ディール), Diaburo Dīru lit. Demonic Transaction), and grants a Different Dimension Demon the ability to link with a sentient being. As the Different Dimension Demons are beings composed of pure negativity, when not in their home, the Diabolus Dimension, they require constant sustenance in the form of Souls of Desire (欲望の魂, Yokubō no Tamashī) in order to survive and gain even more power which goes towards their goal of using their reality-altering powers in order to invade other dimensions and turning them into their personal evil playgrounds. To this end, they will seek out 'evil' humans and make contracts with them, referred to as "Diablo Deals"; as a sentient evil living soul is about equal to one thousand non-sentient evil souls. A Diablo Deal, as the name would ever-so-helpfully indicate, involves a Different Dimension Demon forging a "Clavicula" (闇魔界の契約書(クラビククラ), Kurabikura lit. Contract with the Dark Demon World) with another, sentient being; it generally doesn't matter about the nature of the contracted in question, as even the puny, worthless beings known as the Exceed can be forced into a pact by the Different Dimension Demons. When working out conditions for the Different Dimension Demon to ally themselves with the magician seeking out their power; when the pact is complete, the Different Dimension Demon is required to grant the contractor virtually any wish they desire, with almost no limitations on the wish; once sorted out, the magician is granted a Solomon's Key (地獄門の現鍵(ソロモンズ・キー), Soromonzu Kī lit. Hellgate Manifestation Key), which works similarly to that of a Gate Key from other Summon Spirit Magics in order to summon the Different Dimension Demon from the Diabolus Dimension. However, being sly creatures by their very nature, nearly all demons will search for countless loopholes which can be casually abused, as well as using literal wordings and interpretations of a word's meanings unless otherwise specified, meaning that more often than not, the Different Dimension Demon will get the last laugh. However, it is shown that in certain, though rare, cases, those whom are contracted are capable of carefully wording their wish so that they can gain a great deal from this supposedly almighty cosmic horror while the Different Dimension Demon gets the short end of the stick, and making it worse for the latter is that until the contractor dies, succumbs to their demon's manipulations, or contracts with yet another Different Dimension Demon, they cannot break the contract themselves unless under very specific circumstances.

In any case, when invoking the activation sequence of Lemegeton Spirit Magic, the wielder of Lemegeton Spirit Magic focuses intently as they intensify the volatility of the magical energies that are dwelling within their Magic Origin as to excite them exponentially while grasping the summoning catalyst for this form of Summoning Spirit Magic, their Solomon's Key, they perform a small downwards slicing motion with the object, the tool going from being suspended slightly above the caster's head to almost touching the surface where they stand - from here, the caster releases the voluminous quantities of energy outwards from their body ever-so-slightly, the Solomon's Key and their emotions being used in order to harness the principles of going by the opposite of the 'magic = feelings' concept—by fuelling their magic with negative feelings, the user is capable of initiating the usual fusion of ambient eternano that's saturated throughout the vicinity and their own magical power, the Solomon's Key generating a whirling torrent of crimson energy from the two edges of the key while this is happening. The caster's Magic Seal is projected outwards overlapping the Solomon's Key, which, in conjunction with the tool acts as a medium between the caster's own thoughts and the mortal plane – their imagination is the catalyst for the formation of the being, with the user's thoughts and feelings resonating with the Magic Seal in order to shape it into a form that's most desirable, the sequence so far alerting the Different Dimension Demon, whom is still residing within the Diabolus Dimension, to the task at hand which must be accomplished, prompting them to get up off of their lazy arse and enter the transdimensional portal manifested before them and enter the alternate plane of existence which the caster is doing battle in. The arcane energies that are coursing around within the Magic Seal grant the Different Dimension Demon physical sustenance, crimson energies produced by the process spiralling around as the energy forms enter the portal. The Different Dimension Demon utilizes the caster's negative energies and their Magic Seal in order to "solidify" and stabilize their existence within this world, hardening and forming – upon the final steps of the magic's activation sequence, the Different Dimension Demon that is brought into the current plane of existence steps out of the Magic Seal. The newly summoned Different Dimension Demon then emerges from the portal which twists shut and explodes with light, with the magical energy used to summon it, now coloured in accordance with its traits, orbiting around it.

The Different Dimension Demons are a complicated bunch- as they are creatures hewn from darkness and chaos, along with the seven deadly sins that mankind can commit in the name of self-satisfaction and harm disguised as 'good intent', they typically only contract to the lowest of scum, not limited to but including, fellow demons, Dark Magicians, corrupt politicians, serial killers, rapists, and of course, perhaps the most despicable of the bunch- furries, hipsters, and vegans. The reason for which is that the Different Dimension Demons feed upon the negativity within the hearts of others, allowing them to siphon their 'master's' power in order to grow stronger. Once the pact has been formed (more detail below), the user is capable of manifesting their contracted Different Dimension Demon by offering up a part of their soul for their summon to use as a medium, allowing the Different Dimension Demon to fight alongside the caster. Depending on how much of their soul that the user gives the Different Dimension Demon, the abomination attacks and then leaves, or it will stay and continue to attack until defeated or its time runs out. The strength of the Different Dimension Demon is not affected by the magical strength of their summoner unlike other summon spirits- they are all consistently powerful, with even the weakest being beyond any S-Class Magician. The magical levels of the Different Dimension Demons are charged by giving and taking damage in battle, or avoiding an attack. After the respective Different Dimension Demon's magic is launched, the magic level returns to the state it was in prior to the summon, meaning if the level was full before the spirit was summoned, the spirit can launch two spells in a row. When a spirit is defeated the level is reset to zero. Different Dimension Demons also have different categories of sorts, which fall under the basic summoning conditions from their owner. Unlike most other forms of Spirit Summoning Magic, with Lemegeton Spirit Magic, the user is commonly spurred to focus their conjuring strategies upon swarming the battlefield with multiple Different Dimension Demons at once – while only a single Clavicula is available to even the strongest of magicians, generally a Different Dimension Demon of all tiers of power (but especially a member of the Nine Dark Kings) possesses the ability to call for aid from the Diabolus Dimension, allowing a summoner to have several Different Dimension Demons at their loose command simultaneously. The sheer wickedness of these demonic entities influences the ambient particles of energy saturated within the atmosphere to become distorted and corroded, transmogrifying that Magic Power and Eternano into Curse Power, all being drawn towards the magician and their summons, constantly empowering them on both the physical and arcane planes. This constant gathering and conversion of pure energy into something corrupted to use as a power source grants the summoner the ability to near-effortlessly gather enough power that encourages them to perform the stronger spells associated with Lemegeton Spirit Magic. Thus, with the spells, a user can perform multiple Combination Spells by themselves when directing the creatures and forge numerous Unison Raids with the Different Dimension Demons through methodically lining up various spells and activating them in accordance to timing.

A majority of the supportive spells for Lemegeton Spirit Magic are known as "Dark Contracts", which involve strengthening the Clavicula established by the Different Dimension Demon and the summoner, applying more conditions to the contract and draining more of their soul in exchange for more power and advantageous effects which are manifested in the form of highly powerful spells. Indeed, just like Curses and Devil Slayer Magic, Lemegeton Spirit Magic seems to involuntarily hold an origin in negative emotions that are displayed by all sorts of beings across Earth Land, but mainly associated with the Seven Deadly Sins, a grouping and classification of vices that embody hubristic pride, greed, lust, malicious envy, gluttony, inordinate anger, and sloth, each sin embodying abuses or excessive versions of one's natural faculties or passions. No matter how many people would display positive emotions, negativity would always be there in a greater quantity – Lemegeton Spirit Magic is no different. As their negative emotions increase, the power produced by a user of Lemegeton Spirit Magic and by extension, their summoned creature will increase in intensity and mass, as well as this, its properties will become more and more otherworldly, because of this, in the hands of a particularly vengeful magician, Lemegeton Spirit Magic can be considered almost apocalyptic in nature when compared to other forms of Spirit Summoning Magic. However, for every second that Lemegeton Spirit Magic is active, the user's soul is slowly, but surely corroded by the demonic influence of the Different Dimension Demon, effectively setting them up to lose their humanity and sentience to be forcibly transformed into the Different Dimension Demon's food, their new Soul of Desire absorbed by the eldritch creature to sustain their life. As a side note, as the blood of Grand King Bael was used in the synthetization of the forbidden Black Magic commonly associated with the Sejren Family known as Corpse Shell, it should come as no surprise that a user of Corpse Shell is able to manifest several Different Dimension Demons to assist them simply by emitting a demonic frequency that reminds the otherworldly creatures of their supreme ruler, the demons being fooled into thinking that the user of Corpse Shell is Grand King Bael, allowing them to command the Different Dimension Demons as if they were their own summons. In comparison to other forms of Spirit Summoning Magic, Lemegeton Spirit Magic has displayed that a user is able to near-effortlessly generate massive advantages between themselves and their opponent no matter the adversary's capabilities, but managing to get ahold of a Solomon's Key and summon a Different Dimension Demon is an exercise in frustration due to the fact that a hopeful user has a plethora of options at their disposal, and thus must choose wisely in regards to their summoned demon. Indeed, Lemegeton Spirit Magic can be harnessed in many ways, from steamrolling the enemies to controlling the battlefield to buffing the user to everywhere in between. It has a very high learning curve because of it, but once a magician has mastered this peculiar form of Spirit Summoning Magic, it's truly a powerhouse to behold.

Different Dimension Demons

The Different Dimension Demons (七十二魔公の冥府(ディファレント・ディメンション・デーモン), Difarento Dimenshon Dēmon lit. Seventy-Two Demonic Dukes of Hell), or just DDD (ディー・ディー・ディー(ＤＤＤ), DīDīDī) are eldritch creatures, from, well, another dimension which is referred to as the Diabolus Dimension (冥府の魔王(ヂアボロス・ディメンション), Diaborosu Dimenshon lit. Sheol of the Demon Kings); a rather stereotypical black and bleak type of hell; the sun is always hidden behind endless dark storm clouds. What little vegetation there is, is withered and rotting and some are mutated into an "evil" variety that's covered in sharp thorns and/or liable to eat people. Poisonous marshes and swampland are also quite common; with frequent volcanoes and/or ice storms. It looks a bit like something called "Mordor" from some completely obscure series, which is rumoured to be difficult to walk into on foot. In any case, the Different Dimension Demons are said to be beings born from truly evil hearts long ago, hewn by the seven deadly sins that mankind can commit in the name of self-satisfaction and harm disguised as 'good intent'; they are literally evil incarnate, taking upon a demonic form. As per their nature as otherworldly creatures that are comparable to demonkind - both natural and artificial - just like the magic that's harnessed to summon them, the Different Dimension Demons are a paradox in that their existences can be considered a union of light and darkness in a sense, classified as both a spirit and a demon - however, due to the fact that various cults and dark-inclined magicians see these creatures as objects of worship and commonly have entire organizations built around them, they are oftentimes referred as being similar to gods, extremely high-tier ones at that. This grants them overwhelmingly powerful capabilities in both terms of battle prowess and otherwise. Exceptionally difficult to fully grasp their appearances, they were unfathomable by the minds of other races, including lower-tiered gods and weaker dragons. Anyone attempting to understand one goes slowly insane; just looking at one would drive an ordinary magician permanently insane, minds regressed to that of a child with no hopes of recovering. While the appearances of the Different Dimension Demons are highly variable, ranging from vaguely humanoid to beings that are horrifically twisted and unrecognizable when attempting to compare them to something that exists upon both Earth Land and Edolas, a common trait that's shared between them is a distinct series of black rings patterned across their body in addition to burning scarlet Magical Auras that can effortlessly subjugate anything and anyone that's unlucky enough to be in their presence. With the power of Incantamentum, the Magnus Magus of Earth Land was able to bind the spiritual bodies of seventy-two rogue demons with power beyond the standard members of demonkind and the Etherious, confining them to the Diabolus Dimension while establishing them as pseudo-Familiars that could be contracted to any sufficiently powerful magician. Such an act managed to end Heaven's Fall, this miracle making her worthy of the title of Magnus Magus.

Generally, the Different Dimension Demons, due to being born from malevolence and chaos and taking upon an incomprehensible form, are tremendously powerful entities, possessing all sorts of abilities they had when theoretically alive as possible humans, and much, much more. Indeed, the strength of the Different Dimension Demon is proportional to the depth of the evil from which it was born. The darker the being that transformed into a Different Dimension Demon, the more powerful and more monstrous the resulting being will be. However, in terms of powersets, the Different Dimension Demons are known to be wildly variable, though they are all consistently described as "completely alien" in both terms of sheer strength and magical power, being stated to have "the power of kings who subjugate alternate planes", as well as morality, seeing everything in 'bacon and neckties' rather than 'right and wrong', more or less- of course, this is minus actual bacon and neckties, though they'd probably like bacon and look spiffy as hell in neckties. The Different Dimension Demons have been shown to possess the ability to communicate with their contractor via using the Solomon's Key as a medium through an exceptionally powerful form of telepathy without being summoned. The main goal of each Different Dimension Demon is that of absorbing more tainted souls to gain more power, acting in-line with their very nature while seeking to spread their influence wherever they can. Furthermore, as beings of pure evil, the Different Dimension Demons are able to take possession of other beings or even inanimate objects, overriding their wills and using their bodies as living meat-puppets, granting them immense dark power and often reshaping their very forms to suit their purpose. In regards to their interactions with other sentiment beings, Different Dimension Demons are generally quite notoriously xenophobic, showing false concern and faking affection towards others in order to manipulate them more, even when contracted, to devour their soul and gain more power and egging those contracted to them into doing morally dubious actions to make their soul tastier. Their racism is so outrageous, being referred to as "Demon Nazis", to the point that Glasya-Labolas states to his contractor, "This is merely my own personal philosophy, but I believe we should display our intolerance for puny humans on every level and take away their civil rights." Through their reality-altering properties, a Different Dimension Demon is capable of tearing open an inter-dimensional pathway to another dimension of their choice once they have gathered enough souls and wreak havoc, which is their ultimate goal, absorbing the souls of those they slay in the process and turning the dimensions into their "Dark Paradise".

Common Powers and Abilities

Magic (魔法, Mahō): Like most, if not all mystical beings, the Different Dimension Demons which are brought from the Diabolus Dimension into the current plane of existence are capable of utilizing magic, the arcane force which the world revolves around, manifested completely through the fusion of eternano and the caster's own magical power released from their Magic Organ, a special organ within each and every being that is only awakened in ten percent of humanoids. However, unlike most spirits and other races for that matter, the magic harnessed by the beings summoned through Lemegeton Spirit Magic is said to be a mixture of true Magic and a Curse as per their nature of being an existence between a spirit and a demon - their negative emotions fueling their power as every invocation of magic is automatically proceeded by going the opposite of the usual 'magic = feelings' concept, but even so, a lot of magics utilized by the Different Dimension Demons could be considered Lost Magic by the standards of today. The Different Dimension Demons have shown to be capable of bringing out an entirely different level of malefic magic manipulation, due to their origins as beings of pure malice - thus causes the magics and magical energy produced by the Different Dimension Demons to resemble the likes of Darkness Magic, any member of the Black Arts, Darkness-Make, and even more dark-inclined magics. Indeed, generally the magic displayed by the Different Dimension Demons is a pulsating scarlet alongside the pitch-black stygian hue of energy, smashing its way through opposing sources of arcane power and absorbing them to bolster its power without fail. The magic of these beings is either complete, effectively rendering useless all light sources within the area, or hollow to allow the interior to be lit. Even so, some Different Dimension Demons have shown abilities which are exclusive to the race that they resemble, such as hyperresonance for dragons, and Fairy Magic for fairies. However, the magic reserves and system of a Different Dimension Demon are slightly different than regular beings who can perform the art – for one, their magical levels are charged by giving and taking damage in battle, or avoiding an attack. After the respective spirit's magic is launched, the magic levels returns to the state it was in prior to the summon, meaning if the level was full before the spirit was summoned, the spirit can launch two spells in a row; of course, whenever a Different Dimension Demon is defeated and is forcibly returned to the caster's Magic Origin, the magic level is reset to zero. Additionally, the more that a Different Dimension Demon uses their magic in the current realm when contracted and the more a summoner brings them into their world, after a certain point, the demon is able to enthrall their targets and taking possession of them; this can only be used when not summoned into the physical realm yet. When initiating this, the Different Dimension Demon uses their Darkness Magic as a parasite of sorts by generating an electromagnetic field in order to stimulate areas of a creature's brain and limbic system. This results in the target suffering headaches and hallucinations as the Different Dimension Demon slowly worms their way into the user's mind and feelings, seeping into their contractor's mind or the minds of anyone else within the vicinity, using their spirit form to dive into the target's mind and soul, allowing the Different Dimension Demon to possess their target, leaving their body nothing but a meat-puppet; each use results in the Different Dimension Demon subtly corrupting them and tainting their soul slowly, but surely, until they are ripe for devouring. Once the Different Dimension Demon possesses somebody, their body changes ever-so-subtly; as their hair becomes a lighter texture, their skin becomes rather tan, and finally, their eyes turn from crimson into a haunting deeper scarlet with black slitted pupils and pitch-black sclera. While possessing anyone, the Different Dimension Demon can use any of the abilities that were inherent to that being's body; not limited to but including Magic, Curses, equipment, and physical abilities; and in addition to this, the Different Dimension Demon can harness their own powers, albeit limited so the body will not tear itself apart from the sheer amount of power that the demons have, though more callous demons do not take this into consideration.

Immense Physical Capabilities: All Different Dimension Demons are known to be overwhelmingly powerful in the physical department; the physical prowess, including strength, speed, and durability of a being manifested through Lemegeton Spirit Magic are off the charts. As such, they are capable of all sorts of abilities, and because they are spiritual bodies given physical form, the spirits summoned by Lemegeton Spirit Magic are capable of impressive displays of physical might and speed far beyond that of regular beings- indeed, this is the same kind of power which is displayed with Summon Spirits such as the Celestial Spirits and the Familiar Spirits, except far beyond the likes of those spirits. Typically, any Summon Beast brought from the Diabolus Dimension into the physical plane through the magic is much, much stronger than any human; moving as fast as a magician whom wields High Speed while their punches are as powerful as a user of Crash and surviving assaults that would normally penetrate Barrier Magic and land a clean hit – these are just the capabilities of a Different Dimension Demon being at the most basic of power levels. Indeed, they can simply blitz through almost any opponent with ease. For example, at the lowest power outputs, a Different Dimension Demon is capable of uprooting a small house with a single hand and throwing it at horrifying speeds, with their bare hands being able to smash through magical defenses just by punching and kicking at them. The Different Dimension Demon are capable of jumping large distances in a single bound- able to apply that speed to their vision as they can view things in high speed, enabling them to dodge attacks and predict the actions of others. The Different Dimension Demon can withstand great impact forces, falls from great heights, and extremely powerful magical weapons without sustaining injury. They are stated to be less of a being and more of a force of nature, bringing immeasurable destruction to those who oppose them and their ideas of 'fun'. Obviously, a Different Dimension Demon being is able to achieve even greater levels of might quite easily; it is said that at its strongest point, a mid-tier Different Dimension Demon could quite possibly be more powerful than a Gold Key Celestial Spirit.

Spells

• Summon (召喚, Shōkan): Not really a spell per-se, but rather, the basic incantation of sorts that the user of Lemegeton Spirit Magic declares in order to activate the magic; it is similar to the "Summon" command of Celestial Spirit Magic and other Spirit Summoning Magics - as one may have guessed, the invocation of Summon is what enables the travel of the Different Dimension Demon to the dimension that the caster resides in by using the Solomon's Key as a catalyst. In any case, when performing "Summon", the caster announces "Resound, darkness of the demon world" (鳴る, 暗闇の魔界, Naru, Kurayami no Makai) as they induce the usual activation sequence for Lemegeton Spirit Magic; this provokes the visual appearance of corrosive crimson orbs which float out from the magician's Magic Origin and encircle them preceding the selected summon's appearance, as they converge into the form of their Magic Seal, which brings the Different Dimension Demon beings from their imagination into the mortal plane using the glyph as a medium, allowing the Different Dimension Demon to step out of the Magic Seal, ready for the purpose that they were born for, whether it be for battle or other purposes, such as doing chores. Upon manifestation, the mere presence of the Different Dimension Demon begins to slowly but surely drain the summoner's magical energy reserves while the daemonic beast assists them in any way possible; and depending on how much magical energy that the caster expunges into the formation of the seal which brings them into the current state of existence, the being attacks the foe a few times before returning to the Diabolus Dimension, or it will stay and continue to attack until defeated or its time runs out. In addition, summoning more than one Different Dimension Demon uses up a lot of the summoner's magical energies, which may even lead to their death or a quick corruption and subsequent possession at the hands of the summoned creatures if they keep the multiple Different Dimension Demons around for too long in their current realm. However, if they do manage to manifest more than one Different Dimension Demon at a time, it bestows upon the wielder of Lemegeton Spirit Magic a greater amount of flexibility in battle, as they are capable of combining the powers of multiple demonic spirits - both physical and magical - for stronger attacks in a manner not dissimilar to the likes of a Unison Raid; on that note, a magician is able to harness their own magic in combination with their summoned Different Dimension Demon to dramatically bolster the capabilities of the proceeding blow. On various occasions, some spirits have been shown to be able to summon themselves without the need of their owners. Alternatively, the caster is capable of just summoning the powers and abilities of a Different Dimension Demon instead of the entire being; when performing this variant, the user only performs half of the physical motions required to summon their Different Dimension Demon being of choice; this, in turn, sends a notification to the Different Dimension Demon which resides within the Diabolus Dimension as to simply not appear, but send their power instead. In an instant, the Magic Seal will manifest out of thin air, but when it opens, the Different Dimension Demon does not leap out—instead, a powerful spell of the Different Dimension Demon's choice will burst out, aimed at the enemy. This ability grants a user with low magical power more choices in battle, as the magical power cost is reduced to a quarter of the original cost, allowing them to summon multiple attacks at once. Interestingly, this ability can be combined with any other type of summoning, and the Magic Seal used to bring the Different Dimension Demon to this world, when summoned by this ability, can be strategically moved telekinetically by the magician, allowing them to be used as makeshift shields or even battering rams.
  • Force Gate Closure (強制閉門, Kyōsē Hēmon): Force Gate Closure is a sub-technique of the "Summon" activation technique - not dissimilar, no, completely identical to the "Force Gate Closure" of Celestial Spirit Magic, Force Gate Closure enables the wielder of Lemegeton Spirit Magic to forcibly return the Different Dimension Demons to the Diabolus Dimension. This can be performed at any time, including during the heat of battle or even during the middle of the magic's activation sequence. Closing the gates requires a mutual agreement from both the summoner and the spirit. However, at higher levels of mastery over this magic, some wielders of Lemegeton Spirit Magic have demonstrated the ability to force the gates to close in battle, compelling the Spirits to return back to the Diabolus Dimension.
  • Recompense Summoning (代償召喚術, Daishō Shōkanjutsu): Recompense Summoning, like Force Gate Closure as mentioned above is a sub-technique of the "Summon" activation technique for Lemegeton Spirit Magic - more or less completely identical to the Recompense Summoning of Celestial Spirit Magic, Recompense Summoning opens up the possibility for a summoner to summon Grand King Bael, the greatest of the Different Dimension Demons before making that possibility an actuality. In any case, when performing Recompense Summoning, the wielder of Lemegeton Spirit Magic is required to fulfill several conditions before bringing the strongest of these daemonic spirits into the current plane of existence, as Bael does not possess a physical key - for one, instead of allowing their usual Different Dimension Demon(s) to corrode them or a variety of outcomes, the caster, if they possess enough magical energy within their arcane organ to summon at least a trio of Different Dimension Demons simultaneously, is capable of taking one of their Solomon's Keys before breaking it, calling Bael's name to the heavens - from here, the wielder of Lemegeton Spirit Magic induces the usual activation sequence for Lemegeton Spirit Magic; this provokes the visual appearance of corrosive crimson orbs which float out from the magician's Magic Origin and encircle them preceding the appearance of Grand King Bael, opening a gateway that manifests within the Diabolus Dimension for him to enter, as these orbs converge into the form of the caster's Magic Seal, allowing the ruler of the Different Dimension Demons to appear within this world, fully willing to fight by the caster's side. Of course, Bael follows the rules of regular Different Dimension Demons, except he is vastly more powerful than the rest. Whichever Solomon's Key is sacrificed to summon Grand King Bael will then crumble to pieces, and will henceforth be unusable. As such, the Different Dimension Demon associated with said key will no longer be able to travel to the magician's dimension, therefore making Recompense Summoning the very last resort.
• Daemon Union (魔王歌・一心同体(デーモン・ユニオン), Dēmon Yunion lit. Demon King Elegy: Two Hearts Beating as One): Daemon Union is a unique Lemegeton Spirit Magic spell; not a magic proper not dissimilar to the likes of Celestial Cross Fuse and Star Dress of Celestial Spirit Magic that makes full use of a summoner's link with their summon beast in order to incorporate the power and Magic of the Different Dimension Demon they summon through their contract into their existence, which manifests itself in the form of a change in attire and a tattoo of the Different Dimension Demon's seal on their body. In any case, when performing Daemon Union, due to the user holding a contract with them, the Different Dimension Demon has a special "magic link" with the user, essentially a contract of sorts that they can annul at any time. By synchronizing their magical power frequency with that of the spirit's when the two are in close proximity, with the spirit's approval, the user can perform this spell; which merges the magician and the spirit, integrating the spirit within their body. This allows the magician to replicate the powers of the spirit; filtering out magic (known as drawing) from the spirit and storing it ready to be used by the user. This allows the user to possess near superhuman abilities, such as increased speed and strength, as well as being able to use the spirit's magic. When the magician and their spirit are merged, two kinds of beings are brought together, and since the user possesses a comparable consciousness, the spirit will lose their solid form and can only manifest for limited periods of time while the merging is occurring; giving the user superhuman strength and enhancing their body functions. The merger grants the user an extreme boost in power; giving them access to new abilities, including executing powered-up spells; and when entering fusion mode, a pair of black feathered wings will emerge from the user's back. The merger can only be executed when the user gathers enough eternano; however. In order to activate the merger, the spell has an "limit meter" that fills as the user collects eternano; which are glowing orbs of darkness that appears whenever an attack is landed or an attack is blocked; the user automatically absorbs eternano as they move around the area, but not while attacking or being attacked. When the user can enter the merger, the user begins to glow orange. Once the merger is entered, the user's magical power slowly drains, and the merger ends when it is depleted. The rate at which the power drains can be lowered by using certain accessories and equipment pieces. While in the merger, the character can still collect eternano, refilling their power as it depleted. While in the merger, the user slowly begins regenerating their stamina; while they gain a higher chance of obtaining a critical hit; as well as generic bonuses as special attacks, increased damage, and other enhancements. Entering the merger blocks any spell the opponent is striking the user with and knocks them back; however, this can be a double-edged sword, as the user's current magic is cancelled out when activating the mode; but despite this, this drawback can be morphed into a blessing, letting attacks be chained together in new ways. During a successful merge, striking hair or pupil colour changes become apparent, and it will even change the colour of clothing the user is wearing at the time. The magician can always initiate telepathic contact with the spirit. However, in the case that that the user loses consciousness or the spirit for any other reason has to assume full control over their shared body the spirit creates a so-called "Internal Space" (内部空間, Naibu Kūkan, pocket dimension), where the user can communicate with the spirit in safety and even recuperate.

Classes of Different Dimension Demons

Nine Dark Kings

The Nine Dark Kings (九暗王, Kyūanō) are the "spirit kings" of the Lemegeton Spirit Magic; they are the most powerful physical embodiments of the four directions. The Nine Dark Kings are noted to be the strongest of their race, with all of them as strong as the Celestial Spirit King, if not even stronger, and the rest of the Demonic Dukes are under the power of all nine. Generally, each one of the Nine Dark Kings has around seven of the Demonic Dukes under their 'protection'; with each being capable of administering punishment to unruly Demonic Dukes. In reality, unlike the Demonic Dukes, the Nine Dark Kings are far more calculating and pragmatic, focusing on the long-term plans of creating their "Dark Paradise", and as such, will not hesitate to reign in their subjects forcefully to prevent them from making a mess of the dimensions. Generally, in order to summon a member of the Nine Dark Kings, the magician must be in possession of a certain tool, and their contract with their Different Dimension Demon must have been broken, though it is not unheard of for magicians to simply form "normal" pacts with a member of the Nine Dark Kings. While they all serve as the "spirit kings" for Lemegeton Spirit Magic, Grand King Bael is universally recognized as the strongest, possessing might not only surpassing its fellow Nine Dark Kings, but a vast majority of other spirit kings as well.

• If one couldn't tell, the Different Dimension Demons are based off of the Lesser Key of Solomon, more specifically, the butt goatee Ars Goetia, a real-life grimoire on demonology.
• Interestingly, if a Different Dimension Demon teaches a magician a particular form of Spirit Slayer Magic, the Slayer Imitation property of said form of Slayer Magic will immediately kick in during the process of learning as to grant the resultant Spirit Slayer Magic properties similar to the likes of Devil Slayer Magic as the Different Dimension Demons are considered existences between demons and spirits proper.
