Liowo (リオーオ Rioo) is one of the servants of Zelretch Kenos and by proxy, of Ravenclaw Family.. He utilizes Wool Dragon Slayer Magic thanks to devouring a Wool Dragon and Familiar Spirit Magic rarely.

Appearance[]
Lyowo's appearance
Liowo has the appearance of a feminine like kid with red eyes and yellow hair with light green ends that also have goat horns, a result of him devouring a wool dragon. He wears a yellow coat with woolly trimmings while there is a pair of angelic like wings on his waist and boots.
Personality[]
Among all servants of Zelretch, Lyowo is the most peaceful, avoiding fights as much as possible. In fact, he gets quickly bored and always prefers to sleep, eat or play, something that he can do even on missions. While he is generally calm and collected, anything disrupting his sleeping moments can enrage him and force him to fight seriously. He doesn't like to kill, preferring to just knock out people while he also hates fights where multiple people are against one. Unlike his other fellow dragon slayers, Liowo doesn't hold a grudge against any function of Pangaea, being in the guild only due to a craving of belonging somewhere.
Magic & Abilities[]
Great Magic Power: Liowo possesses great amounts of magic power, being able to unleash a lot of wool and utilize many of his spells.
Enhanced Senses: As a dragon slayer, Liowo has enhanced senses like hearing and smell.
Blunt Force Immunity: Thanks to the wool surrounding him, Liowo is practically immune to physical attacks, being able to be harmed only by spells.
Mediocre Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Due to the nature of his magic and the fact that physical attacks are ineffective against him, Liowo hasn't developed his fighting skills, with his movements and moves being easy to read and block.

Wool Dragon Slayer Magic[]
Wool Dragon Slayer Magic (羊毛の滅竜魔法 Yōmō no Metsuryū Mahō) is a Caster Magic, Lost Magic, Ancient Spell and a form of Dragon Slayer Magic that utilizes wool.
Wool Dragon Slayer Magic is a form of Dragon Slayer Magic that allows Lyowo to generate, manipulate, and presumably consume (like other forms of Dragon Slayer Magic) the element in question, which in this case is wool. Once Lyowo intaken a wool dragon's essence, he got encased in wool which protects him from physical attacks and regenerates if shaved while he is able to generate a white colored wool that he can use for battle and supportive purposes. The wool dragon's wool is much greater than that generated by wool magic, being much fluffier, softer and elastic, with Lyowo being able to restrain multiple targets at once and using it for cushion among other things. The wool not only induces feelings of calmness, but it also absorbs physical strength, with those touching it losing a portion of their strength while he can shape it into various constructs and even control its properties by generating static electricity and even block and absorb lightning magic. However, despite its abilities and the power to contain heat, it is highly flammable from outside sources and even though it can repel or absorb water, it can dissolve if it absorbs more water than possible while finally, air and wind can repel it.
Spells
- Wool Dragon's Roar (羊毛竜の咆哮 Yōmōryū no Hōkō): Lyowo gathers magic power in his mouth and releases a wool vortex that pushes back targets and also makes them itch.
- Wool Dragon's Bouncy Fist (羊毛竜の弾む拳 Yōmōryū no Hozumu Ken): Lyowo gathers magic power in his fist or fists and compresses it, taking the form of a small woolly ball that upon hit, it springs into a medium sized fist made of wool that hits targets.
- Wool Dragon's Claw (羊毛竜の鉤爪 Yōmōryū no Kagizume): Lyowo gathers magic power in his feet and kicks the target, sending people at quite a distance due to the elasticity of the generated wool. He can also use it to bounce towards his target and then strike.
- Wool Dragon's Shackles (羊毛竜のシャックル Yōmōryū no Shakkuru) Lyowo spreads his magic power and does a grabbing motion, encasing one or multiple target's hands and feet in wool. The wool is extremely fluffy and soft, nullifying the physical strength applied and so no punches or kicks can harm him or another as long as the target is affected by the spell while every attempt to attack causes increasing exhaustion.
- Wool Dragon's Shield (羊毛竜のシールド Yōmōryū no Shīrudo): Liowo creates a screen of wool that absorbs spells and impacts. However, when it comes to physical attacks, he can make the shield absorb their physical impact and return it instantly on the attackers greatly intensified.
- Wool Dragon's Wing Attack (羊毛竜の翼撃 Yōmōryū no Yokugeki): Liowo gathers magic power in his arms and coats them into feather shaped wool with which he hits targets and inflict both calmness and exhaustion.
Advanced Spells
- Wool Dragon's Discharge (羊毛竜の放電 Yōmōryū no Hōden): A spell in which Lyowo spreads magic power on already generated or existing wool which causes it to release electricity which he can direct. In cases where there is no existing wool, he can apply the spell to his wool encased body, but such action stuns him for a minute after use.
- Wool Dragon's Fluff Gun(羊毛竜の綿毛銃 Yōmōryū no Watage Jū): Lyowo gathers magic power and spreads it to his woolly body, encasing himself in a big ball of wool. Then, woolly guns are formed that fire elastic, woolly bullets in a straight line or in an omni-directional fashion.
- Wool Dragon's Herd (羊毛竜の群れ Yōmōryū no Mure): A spell in which the Lyowo gathers magic energy in his mouth while generating wool or when in the presence of it and whistles, creating a herd of dragon like sheep made of bouncy wool that barrage targets.
Secret Dragon Slayer Arts
- Overstuffed Wool: Deadly Soft Wave (ふかふかの羊毛：致命的なソフトウェーブ Fukafuka no Yōmō: Chimei-Tekina Sofutou~ēbu): Lyowo spreads his arms while gathering magic power and raises them high, with a towering wave of wool falling to the target's location. The wave is extremely stuffed and thick, engulfing targets and suffocating them.
- Overstuffed Wool:Gate of Dreams (ふかふかの羊毛：ふわふわドリームゲート Fukafuka no Yōmō: Fuwafuwa Dorīmu Gēto): Lyowo gathers magic power and chants "Wooly sheeps that bring people to sleep, open now the gate to the land of dreams". Upon finishing, a wooly vortex appears on the ground and slowly drags targets while also generating wooly tentacles that restrain them and if the spell succeeds, one or multiple targets are dragged into a dimension in which they sleep forever and even if they manage to escape being dragged, they will feel tired in mind and body.
- Overstuffed Wool: Fluffy Ram Slam (ふかふかの羊毛：ふわふわラムスラム Fukafuka no Yōmō: Fuwafuwa Ramu Suramu): Lyowo gathers a lot of magic power and the wool surrounding his body along with generated one is gathered and shaped into a huge cannon that fires a ram shaped ball of greatly elastic wool that inflicts immense blunt damage. It is the strongest spell of this magic and the most magic consuming while the wool that normally surrounds Lyowo's body takes a full day to come out again.
Familiar Spirit Magic[]
Familiar Spirit Magic (使い魔の魔法Tsukaima no Mahou) is a magic that allows Lyowo to utilize a Familiar Spirit. He utilizes a Caster Summon, being able to summon Brebis.
Brebis (ブレビス Burebisu) is Lyowo's Caster Summon Spirit. She has the appearance of a young girl with long, blond hair with horns on them and deep blue eyes. She wears clothes that have a white and fluffy wool-like getup and also has a red tie and a wooly cape with pink interior and always holds a white harp. She utilizes mainly Wool Magic so she can aid her master while she can rarely use Sound Magic.
