Minstrel (ミﾝストラル, Minsutoraru) is a country located in Earth Land, and is located west of Joya and Desierto, south of Bosco, east of Caelum, and north of Midi.
It originally possessed a Magic Council and proper government, before uncertain events lead to its downfall. Now, the region is ruled by various guilds, each with their own territory in which citizens and subordinate guilds reside. They feud with each other, competing for dominance in various official and unofficial capacities. Due to the opaqueness of its political climate, it has since been left largely to its own affairs.
It is the main setting of Fairy Tail: Horizon.
