Nolan Eisold (ノーラン•イーソルド, Nooran Iisorudo) is a relatively unaccomplished young wizard and member of the legal guild Anaesi Ars. Born and raised on a farm by loving if not oblivious parents, Nolan had an exemplary model of a 'normal' upbringing. He began to discover the usage of his Plant Magic for supplementary purposes at a young age.
Nolan grew with a strong sense of wanderlust, though was discouraged from travel by his parents, who believed it was safer for him to remain home and aid their business with his magic. Until he was nineteen, Nolan listened to his parent's advice, until he encountered a young freelance mage.
This man was Kazuki Hinata, who spent a night at Nolan's barn after getting lost in the woods. The two forged a connection and parted ways after Kazuki failed to discourage Nolan's hesitant nature. A few months later, Kazuki returned, now bearing the mark of a Legal Guild. He invited Nolan to join Anaesi Ars and after some consideration, Nolan accepted the offer.
Since joining Anaesi Ars, Nolan has learned more offensive uses of his magic to perform missions, although he and his now boyfriend Kazuki, often help out around the guild. The farm they live on together is the primary source of produce and food for the guild and they are often seen helping the guildmaster Nodoka Kosui manage the place.
