Oppression is an offensive hex where one will use Blackwater to condense a large amount of despair and hopeless into a liquid which is crackling with darkness and shadows, shape that liquid into a sort of sword, and then swing that sword in the direction of one's target as a means of launching a flood of liquid despair at one's target.
Notably, the flood is more than capable of annihilating a supermajority of the entities that it is used against. In addition, the flood exhibits the unique property of draining the hope from both whatever it comes into contact with and wherever it is located.
