Purgatory Dragon Slayer Magic (煉獄の滅竜魔法 Rengoku no Metsuryū Mahō) is a Caster Magic, Ancient Spell, Lost Magic, and a type of Dragon Slayer Magic that utilizes the element of fire in the form of destructive flames.
Description[]
Purgatory Dragon Slayer Magic is a type of dragon slayer magic that allows the user to generate and consume fire. While it doesn't have a difference with Fire Dragon Slayer Magic when it comes to usage and while users of the aforementioned magic can easily devour the flames of this magic due to it covering all the fire spectrum, this magic possesses its own abilities. First of all, users of this magic can eat the flames of all types of Fire Dragon Slayer Magics, including the traditional and well known Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, without any harm. Also, the flames of the purgatory dragon are immensely hot, being able to evaporate normal water and needing greater amounts or power from it to be extinguished. Finally, while Fire Dragon Slayer Magic is known to possess the "Flames of Emotion", Purgatory Dragon Slayer Magic is known to possess the "Flames of Destruction", flames that persist and spread until whoever and whatever is considered an enemy from the user has become a pile of ashes, with the user being able to control the flames' duration and spreading range.
Spells
- Purgatory Dragon's Roar (煉獄竜の咆哮 Rengokuryū no Hōkō): The user gathers magic power in their mouth and unleashes a stream of immensely hot fire. The heat of this spell is such that it can leave a scorched trail on the ground without it touching it beforehand.
- Purgatory Dragon's Blazing Hell (煉獄竜の炎熱地獄 Rengokuryū no Ennetsu Jigoku): The first spell of this magic where the user gathers magic power in their fist and engulfs it in infernal burning flames and then, by moving their fist forward, releases the infernal fire which explodes, becoming a colossal sphere of flames which incinerates the entire area.
- Purgatory Dragon's Crushing Fang (煉獄竜の砕牙 Rengokuryū no Saiga): The user gathers magic power in their hand and covers it in hellish flames before swinging it in an arc, striking the target with their fingertips, leaving a flurry of hellish flames in their wake.
- Purgatory Dragon's Wing Attack (煉獄竜の翼撃 Rengokuryū no Yokugeki): The user gathers magic power in their arms and coats it in hellish flame streams, swinging them towards their target and sending them flying back.
- Purgatory Dragon's Hammer (煉獄竜の翼撃ハンマー Rengokuryū no Hanmā): The user gathers magic power in their combined hands and engulfs them in hellish flames before slamming a target with it.
- Purgatory Dragon's Embers (煉獄竜の残り火 Rengokuryū no Nokoribi): The user gathers magic power in their hands and fires small orbs of fire that explode on impact.
Advanced Spells[]
- Purgatory Dragon's Infernal Skin (煉獄竜の地獄皮膚 Rengokuryū no Jigoku Hifu): The user gathers great amounts of magic power and spreads it to their body, engulfing it in fire scales that make the user look like a blazing version of themselves. This spell not only increases the user's offensive and defensive capabilities, but also allows them to burn anything they touch thanks to the condensed state of the magic's flames, with their mere touch being able to cause burns to one's body that worsen the longer it lasts.
- Purgatory Dragon's Hellish Fist (煉獄竜の地獄拳 Rengokuryū no Jigoku Ken): The advanced version of the Blazing Hell where user gathers great amounts of magic power in their fist and creates a fire gauntlet that when a punching motion is made, it unleashes a frontal explosion of hellish flames.
- Purgatory Dragon's Torture Whip (煉獄竜の拷問むち Rengokuryū no Gōmon Muchi): The user gathers great amounts of magic power in their hand and spreads it to their fingers, creating five whips of hellish fire. The user can do things like restraining targets or hitting them, in both cases setting them on fire. What's interesting about the spell is that the fewer the active whips then the stronger are the active ones, with a single whip being strong and hot enough to cause explosions on whatever it strikes while it can cause severe burns on whatever it wraps itself on.
- Purgatory Dragon's Erupting Flame (煉獄竜の噴火インフェルノ Rengokuryū no Funka Inferuno): The user gathers magic power in their hand and swings it after rushing towards the target, engulfing them in a large and powerful tornado of hellish flames.
- Purgatory Dragon's Burning Claw (煉獄竜の燃える鉤爪 Rengokuryū no Meiru Kagizume): The user gathers great amounts of magic power in their finger or fingers and creates one or multiple nails of contensed fire. The user then fires the nail or nails, with them travelling fast, and pierce a target and then, they explode at the user's will. Alternatively, the user clads their hands in fire, creating sharp claws of fire with which they slash and set ablaze a target or cause explosion via slashing.
Secret Dragon Slayer Arts[]
- Purgatorial Outbreak:Gehenna Scythe (清めるアウトブレイク：ゲヘナ鎌 Kiyomeru Autobureiku: Gehena Kama): The user gathers huge amounts of magic power in their hands and creates a big flaming scythe with a dragonic skull on its top. The scythe's blade is immensely hot and acts like laser, cutting through practically anything.
- Purgatorial Outbreak:Purgatory Star (清めるアウトブレイク：煉獄スター Kiyomeru Autobureiku: Rengoku Sutā): The user gathers huge amounts of magic power while raising their hands, creating a huge, skull faced orb of hellish flames that creates an immense explosion that leaves a deep and big scorched crater.
- Purgatorial Outbreak:Hellish Avatar (清めるアウトブレイク：地獄のアバター Kiyomeru Autobureiku: Jigoku no Abatā): The user gathers a lot of magic power and spread it in their body while spinning, becoming a dragon of hellish flames that devours a target and engulfs them in hellish flames while an explosion is caused later.
