Regina Indiana is the ruler of the Carribean Kaiju Sea Kingdom, she has been the ruler since the civil dragon war 400 years ago. She is the only ruler of her Kingdom and she is known to be very powerful. She is known to be a kind and generous ruler who is kind to her people, but shows a little bit of disdain to the humans, due to them hunting the Kaiju. She is known through out her kingdom for when anyone is upset or fighting with another person, she is known to have them lie in her lap and she sings to calm them down and be reunited. She is a loyal and protective woman even helping the monsters of the deep known as the Kaiju a better way of life.

She is to her people the most beautiful woman ever. They say in Winter she is the shining sun that radiates warmth just from her eyes and smile. She is one of the most beautifully known woman in Fiore too. Her eyes, are orange like the setting sun, and anyone who looks into eyes would be lost in them. She has a straight perfect face and shiny and clear like diamonds on a wave. Her hair was originally a brown, when she became a mermaid she has long orange hair that resembles the sunset setting on the seas. Around her neck is her Sea Shell Necklace that hold her mermaid pearl.

In her Land Form she has she wears a long white cream strapless dress that goes past her ankles. Around her middle she has a grey strap, with a long orange tassel.
In her Mermaid Form the form that is mostly she takes. Due to her being a pearl mermaid she has the ability to change the color of her tail, but she keeps her tail an orange due to her having an orange tail when she helped her people and the Kaiju and orange being a rare color in the dark sea.

In her Pearl Voice Form she takes is an orange long dress, with yellow ruffles on the side and a yellow bow on the back and a slit on the right side that stops between the knees and mid thigh. Her gloves are doubled layered the first layer is orange the second layer is a lighter shade and shoes are orange with yellow trim on the front and have a small heel, they somehow resemble slippers. Her front hair is bundled with yellow bands.
