Shraga (シュラが, Shūraga) is a dragon, and the foster mother of Glave Singleton, having been the one who taught him Volcanic Dragon Slayer Magic. Known as both the Last of the Volcanic Dragons (最後の嵐竜 Saigo no Ranryū), and the Queen of the Volcanic Dragons (噴竜の女王, Funryū no Joō). She appears in Fairy Tail: Horizon.
