Sky Dragon Slayer Magic is a Lost, Caster, and Slayer magic dealing with the element of Wind and Air. This was taught to Meifeng Sera by a Sky Dragon known by the name of Tova.
Description[]
This type of magic is a Dragon Slayer Magic that gives the user attributes or powers similar to that of a Sky Dragon, utilizing the very element of wind and air for the user. Thus, a person can either make use of air from their very bodies through the manipulation of their magic particles or through the use of the air around them. Sky Dragon Slayer Magic can be an offensive and supportive branch of magic, making use of destructive power that can easily rival a hurricane to literally healing someone of even some of the most dangerous of illnesses or even giving an ally a boost. But, it has been known to be very draining when using support or healing type spells as the user makes use of their own magic to increase the prowess of others.
As a Slayer Type magic, those who use Sky Dragon Slayer Magic can "eat" air to restore health and vitality, helping to increase the power of their own spells. It can also be noted most attacks used by these type of mages tend to take on a whirlwind-like attributes when using offensive spells. Through the careful manipulation of magic however, someone can make these attacks to only causing minor damage to easily obliterating something as big as a small portion of a forest.
Weaknesses[]
- Those who use this magic are affected by the quality of the air, so the cleaner it is the more powerful a Sky Dragon Slayer's attack while the more polluted the air the weaker the attacks are.
- Not all slayers are known to have secondary magics so they can be limited to the Dragon Slayer Magic they have been taught.
- Usually eating anything other then Wind/Air Magic can make Sky Dragon Slayers sick unless their body can accept a new element in allowing them to have Dual Elements, but this is not always the case.
- And as an example of Natsu Dragneel, it's not recommended to eat lacrima of mixed elements. Gives you bad indigestion.
- Motion sickness can also be a problem when a Dragon Slayer is powerful enough, causing some forms of locomotion to make them very nauseous and leaving them almost immobile to do much.
