Summo Lex Magia (純然魔力の真擬人(スモ·レックス·マギア), Sumo Rekkusu Magia; Latin for "Supreme Law of Magic", Japanese for "True Personification of the Absolute Supernatural Power") is considered to be something of a legend in its own right, achieved only by a select few; it's rumored to be the infamous One Magic (一なる魔法, Ichinaru Mahō), as it deals with the very essence of magic itself, although its unknown if such accusations are accurate. As the name alludes, it's considered to be the pinnacle of all other forms of magic in existence, sans those belonging to the Ancient Magics of the Thirteen Otherworldly Virtues — fragments of the Supreme God's power, and the infamous blessing of Aionius himself — Chrono Saturnalia, thus rightfully known as the "Ultimate Magical Power" (終極魔力, Shūkyoku Maryōku) throughout Earthland.

Those that rightfully obtained and mastered the magic in their respective are those that can be truly be called Archmages (乾坤の極魔法使い(アークメイジ), Ākumeiji; lit. "Ultimate Spellcasters in Creation") — their understanding and usage of the power called "Magic" unsurpassed by their peers sans others who are capable of using this power. Though it has no true classification, it's often categorized as a form of Caster Magic, Fighting Style and a Magic Phenomenon for simplicity's sake and the way its used between each practitioner. Currently, there are various users of this magic in the entirety of the Heroic Chronicles storyline, each one as powerful as the last.

The dark transformation of the former Magic King invoked by his rage, unlocking the very limits of his magic potential for a brief time — lauding his rightfully-earned ephithet.

"Though this power is considered to be basic to the practitioner, there are variations of it that has existed throughout time. Do you know why? It's due to the way one perceives magic. It's like with one's identity; everyone is different in their way and no one person is exactly the same. So follows the principles of this magic, something born from knowledge and understanding."
