I did the same thing! I feel like I had a total "anime girl celebration" moment as I joyfully raised my fist in the air at the sight of Theia's name on there hahaha. I look forward to my match too, it'll be a test to see which light mage really shines :P

Would it be possible to recieve a review of my character Indra Svargaloka? I know that the judges already did their review and probably discussed it among themselves, but I cant help but be curious as to their thoughts and opinions on him.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Since we've noticed that several participants have an excess of powered-up forms, we're going to limit it to five per character- this includes traditional powered-up forms such as Dragon Force and Drive, as well as the more "exotic" ones. A person with Dual Element Dragon Slayer Magic (not the modes like Lightning Flame Dragon Mode) won't count, however. Also, before the matches begin you'll need to choose which forms you use and tell the judges on the forum here. You can't switch your forms chosen in-between matches, either.
Also, since all matches take place in caves, as one may have noticed, any elemental consumption to regenerate health is prohibited until the final match. However, this also extends to any personal healing skills like an in-born healing factor or something; those'll be locked. However, your character can be restored to full health in-between matches.
Question towards the healing bit, what about Phobos' healing spell that is very much pathetic compared to Wendy's, being able of stopping bleeding or lessening the pain of the injury, poison or curses at best? Would that also be prohibited?
And another question, how we will be able to heal ourselves between matches? Would be like "you were beastly damaged in this fight and after it regenerate within two hours" or how? I mean, I can imagine, that Hayashi won't be able to regenerate because of arena's rules and after his match he would heal himself, but in other ways... well, tell me bout it, somebody xD
Ok, I hope I understand it now~ Anyway, I gonna make it like no regeneration at matches, between them like "ok, let's have some heal". And if I missed something, judges will stop me, so yeah, smth like that.
Ok so let's say I wanted to choose my light slayer magic (plus dual mode), drive, dragon force, mirror magic, ethernano manipulation abilities, and primal dragon mode (I have a feeling I would need it if I make it to the final round, although unlikely I'll get that far); those would all count as choices? Or does ethernano manipulation not count because it is an innate ability of all mages?
LOL I'm so lucky I went the straight path of just specializing one kind of Magic. All these questions just remind me how complicated things get if you try to add multiple power-ups or additional magics in general XD
just realized that (in essence) we have 3 light slayers, 3 fire slayers, and 2 ice slayers... for some reason I thought there would have been more variety. Also, this is more than just me taking for the sake of talking, I have a question. Does my photokinesis count as a power up ability for my slayer magic? Or is it just a normal ability for light mages?
Yeah ya'll should list yer power-ups so we know what's going on. Also the amount of time people will get to RP will increase by a week for each round done- but really I was busy with personal stuff, hence the wait.
Also, where underground are these battles taking place, and how might our characters have gotten there? Anything specific we need to incorporate into the setting? (For example, Holo and Lady's match describes the underground as being a cold, dark place).
So, it's my turn now... Hayashi Aririki's list of Magics:
Flame Dragon Slayer Magic (Flames of Emotion are countable as booster or no? Cuz I think they're similar to Vernier and Arms of Sky DSM by means of special quality of the Magic).
Lightning Flame Dragon Mode
The secondary Magic is Requip.
Also, I want to ask about very interesting case... Are we all allowed to mix our power-up states? I mean. can a Dragon Slayer make a use of Drive/Dragon Force and Dual Element Mode at the same time? Or this will be too overpower? Why I ask is to avoid any sticky situations in the RP so...
Also, I forgot about this until now, but when I initially advertised the DSR the first round matches had a two week time limit before they'd judged. Do people wanna switch to that or is one week enough?
I'll go with two weeks cause I currently have a limited degree of availability for being online at any one time. Plus with people that are in highly varied time zones makes editing tricky, and I believe that two weeks would greatly help with that. This is my opinion upon the matter at least.
I feel no preference for either time limit. I understand that for the people in different timezones, as well as busy schedules, the two weeks would be prefereable. But for those who post regularly, two weeks is a long time and would result in them having to decide a winner themselves it seems. As two weeks is more then enough time to cycle through a great deal of spells and scenarios in a fight, But it seems the majority of matches right now are moving at a pace to where 2 weeks would be the proper answer to allow them to show their optimal abilities.
When it happens. A bunch of us did different characters before we switched to just voting all at once as Dazz suggested so you'll have to ask around since I can't remember who did what. I personally only looked at like four-five characters since three approvals = accepted before the change of organization happened.
Hey guys, sorry about this all of a sudden, but since Killer and Mang need an extension on their royale by yet another week cuz of schedules, I'll give everyone three weeks starting from now to finish the first rounds. It wouldn't be fair to screw two people over because of time constraints, but it also wouldn't be fair to give two contestants an extension that nobody else has, so everyone's getting it.
Three weeks from now is a hell of a long time for mine and holo's fight; considering we are a week in already. So we are either going to have to leave it at a dramatic clash of final blows, or decide for ourselves who the winner of the fight is? I am just unsure of how we are suppose to keep a fight going for a whole month without our characters running out of magic, or us fighting in circles with the same moves over and over. How are we suppose to go about it?
This isn't me saying I disagree with the extention. I fully support it for those who are facing busy schedules and such. It is more a question of how to end the page while others finish up their own fights.
Well, why not, after all? Even if somebody will end their round in a week, then they simply can wait and think about new plans how to win the Royale and other similar stuff. Smth like that, so, I don't have a problem with three weeks, but, well, a month will be too much.
Two-weeks is a preferable time-frame to finish an RP. Between work and school and different time zones it can be quite hectic. A week is rushing it, but weeks gives us enough time to actually have a roleplay without trying to rush things.
Patience homeboy, it's 6:40am for them on the due date. They probably will take the day to judge matches, and post when they are done. Then your question will be answered. We just have to wait for now.
I'm kind of curious about that as well. Things may have gotten in the way (As they every so often do), but i thought that the idea was that the judgements were to be delivered somewhere between one to two days?
I'm gonna be honest, I personally feel like the judgment for Highest vs. Void wasn't too fair since we didn't really get much of an indicator of who coulda won in the actual fight. But it'll be playing into the very next round, as will one other fighter who lost if they feel like it. Just tell me yeah or nah.
Everything will be announced tomorrow- but matches won't officially start until the start of next week since Mother's Day and all that in case ya'll be busy.
