Blank articles

As of recently, I am seeing articles being made without any information but the ownership templates and construction. This wont be tolerated anymore, if you plan to make article, have a paragraph with the necessary character infobox. Do not leave it blank or else a warning shall be given out. This may seem harsh, but some articles exist that's been blank since July, to which one as edited recently and it's still blank (Lumis). Failure to comply may result in article deletion since it's blank and serves nothing or contributes to the site. Have any comments, questions, say so below or directly me and thank you for reading.
