To be fair, I just read the chapter and I'm basing this off what I read.

Chapter Review[]
Fairy Tail 291 - Naval Battle
On another note, only one month until the movie! I wonder if we'll see a new Slayer Magic...
So, we're on the fourth day of the Grand Magic Games. I wonder when it'll be over...And even before that, excuse my fangirling, when we'll see Sting and Rogue's DS elements. ...But anyway, so yeah. We're up to the event called 'Naval Battle', which, to my great dissapointment, isn't Battleship played with magic.
"You sunk my Battleship!"
Bitches love sinking battleships.
Anyway, the rules are, pretty much, "the player who leaves the sphere of water will lose. The remaining person will be the victor. In the event that there are two remaining participants in the sphere, a special rule will be added. The 5 minute rule. If within 5 minutes one of the two leave the sphere, that person will be given the least points." ...Yes, I quoted all that.
Team Lamia Scale send out Chelia Blendy, Jenny Realight heads out for Team Blue Pegasus, Risley Law and Juvia Lockser make a return to the event portion for each of their Team Mermaid Heel and Team Fairy Tail B, Minerva makes her for Team Sabertooth to a large applause and Lucy Heartfilia heads out for Team Fairy Tail A.
The rest of Lucy's team cheer for Lucy believing that with the help of Aquarius she had a good chance of scoring high in the event. With all the girls in their swimwear the announcers get rather exited forgetting the Team Quatro Puppy's Rocker was also in the event.
...Yep, we are in for some serious shit, guys.
Anyway, there is MOAR gratuitous fanservice. Yes, Minerva is the only female character who isn't at all fanservicey. Of course, it's SYMBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLIC! She is one evil bitch.
The event begins and right off the bat Lucy summons Aquarius causing some of the other contenders feel nervous. To try and stop Aquarius attacking Juvia sends out a Water Cyclone towards Lucy in an attempt to hold back Aquarius.
As the two girls clash Jenny sees this as an opportunity to gain some points and proceeds to kick Rocker out of the sphere, much to his fellow member's disappointment.
Chelia then attacks Risley but Rusley evades the attack using her Gravity Change becoming skinnier once again, much to the pleasure of the male audience. Aquarius then tells Lucy that clashing with Juvia wasn't going to end well for her. I think it's obvious that Aquarius is stronger than Juvia, but she's limited by Lucy's power...moving on. Aquarius leaves because she has a date. >.< She's a strong spirit but she's as reliable as a Pinto.
Juvia then attacks Lucy almost sending her out the Sphere but lucky Lucy was able to summon Virgo and Aries to stop her from being knocked out both in bikinis at the time pleasing the male audience once again.
The battle continues as Chapati cheers for Chelia and wonders why Wendy wasn't sent out for Team Fairy Tail A, much to Lucy's annoyance. Juvia prepares for a large attack stating how she would knock everyone out of the sphere and that no one would win against her in the water.
She then releases a huge effin' torrent of water dedicated to her "love" Gray, who tells her to quit with her obsession. Juvia's attack sends Jenny, Risley and Chelia out of the sphere as Minerva blocks her attack with her magic and Lucy is once again saved by Virgo and Aries. Juvia take a moment to take in the applause for her amazing performance as out of the sphere Chelia sits depressed over how her magic was ineffective in the water. Juvia the looks to Gray for a positive reaction to her attack only to see his face in a state of disgust, shocking her. Juvia then falls out the sphere annoying her fellow team members and landing her in third place. So far, this is nothing to write home about, standard fanservicey fluff. Oho, just you wait though...
Anyway, Minerva reveals her true colours...And DAMN if it's not scary as hell. Anyway, fun fact. Minerva's magic allows her to transport things instantly out of thin air. Such as heat...you see where I'm going, don't you? Ashy, do remind me to make a Zan out of that ability since I KNOW I'd forget.
Now, the most interesting part of the chapter was this horrid woman, Minerva. That woman does not deserve to even share a syllable with the name of the Dame of Hogwarts, someone who treats sweet Lucy that way deserves to burn in the ashes of…well anyway, other people has treated Lucy that way, and I hated them as well, but Minerva is so far the worst. I absolutely loathe her. I get the feeling it's just a copy of someone's from Rave Master...Anyhow, I hope someone beats her senseless. And I mean, really beats her so much that she dies.
So, as Lucy's getting the crap kicked out of her, it brings us to the question...
But seriously, IF SHE USED LOKE, THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN. You'd think Minerva'd stop by now, but yeah…no. Anyway, when that's all said and done…the only characters I hate more than Minerva this chapter is her guildmates.
Remember when I said Sting is my favourite character post-timeskip? Guess what. Not in a million years anymore. I hate the guy, I hope Natsu belts the shit out of him. Yes, I will root for Natsu this time—it's the first—and only time I'll cheer for that rose-haired dumbass. Sabertooth is an annoying arse guild that's full of disgusting people, with the sole exception of Rogue. Their smug-arse faces during this chapter really pissed me off.
At least we know that Fairy Tail will stomp the shit out of those bastards very soon. I pray to Noire that Hiro doesn't pull a "OH NOES THEY WAS BRAINWASHED LIKE JELLAL"" to keep them around and let them off the hook. Either way, I honestly think that Rogue will join Fairy Tail—I'll be really happy if he does.

Is it just me, or does Jiemma look like the bastard child of Apache Chief and Colonel Sanders? Everyone other main villain looked like they just came from a Society for Creative Anachronisms convention.
