Vadim (バヂーム Badīmu) is a wandering Mage and a messenger of the organization known as NOMAD. It is unknown what his purpose is, but he viewed the conflict between Slithering Serpent and Desperados before approaching the latter in regards to a certain "favor". He is not a traditional mage, but rather, appears to use his form of magic akin to that of Mystogan. Thus, he is regarded quite highly as the Mage without Magic (魔導士抜き魔法 Madōshi nuki Mahō).
