White Phoenix Slayer Magic (白の滅鵬魔法 Haku no Metsuchō Mahō), otherwise known better as Light Phoenix Slayer (光の滅鳳凰魔法 Hikari no Metsuhōō Mahō), is a type of Caster Magic, Lost Magic, Slayer Magic, and Phoenix Slayer Magic that allows the user to incorporate, manipulate and absorb the element of light in order to match up to and defeat mythical beings known as a phoenix.
Having complete control over the element of White (
Description[]
White Phoenix Slayer Magic is, as it was stated in the above, a form of Phoenix Slayer Magic that provides the user with the absolute dominance over its respective element, which in this case comes in the form of the photon particles, which makes up the element known as light, while also carrying holy properties to it. Similar to that of the Dragon Slayer Magic, White Phoenix Slayer Magic can be attained in two ways, either by being taught by the creature itself, which in this case would be from Lislorem, or they'll have to get their hands on a rare and extremely expensive Lacrima known as a Hōō no Lacrima (鳳凰の魔水晶ホーオー・ノー・ラクリマ Hōō no Rakurima lit. Magic Crystal of Phoenixes), effectively making the former to be known as a First Generation Phoenix Slayer while the latter is known as a Second Generation Phoenix Slayer. The only known user of this magic so far is the First Generation Phoenix Slayer Nero Atosaki. Being a Phoenix Slayer also means undergoing changes to the user's body in order to transform their physiology into that of the creature they're ultimately taught to destroy. This includes changes to their Magic Origin that causes it to become a mixture between a Phoenix's Magic Origin and the human's own Magic Origin, making it possess traits of the former but the arcane storage capacity of the latter, this also causes the user to adapt unique physical traits like so many other slayer's does from their respective teacher's in the form of enhanced senses and abilities.
These traits include having an enhanced sense of smell, hearing, and eyesight to the point of being able to pinpoint and track almost anyone, even if they were to be several kilometres away from the user themselves. They're also able to access high-speed flight, and perhaps the most spectacular thing known among all different types of Slayer Magic, the ability to perform high-speed regeneration by recreating lost or damaged tissues, organs and limbs, this even extends to the point of being able to perform a spell which allows the user to cheat death once a week. A Phoenix Slayer is also capable of rendering their bodies completely immune to physical contact by incorporating their elemental with their body, so in the case of a user of White Phoenix Slayer Magic, these users would incorporate and create a body of white light. As a user that utilises Light Magic, thus photons, to it fullest will be able to use this in order to channel and create light based attacks in order to achieve feats such as projecting laser beams, momentarily increasing the speed of their attacks, solidifying photons to create various objects and even create pathways from which they can travel or use their light body to travel short distances at the speed of light. Anything related to the concept of increasing their speed, however, is only available when the user unlocks White Rise or anything above this power up. Lastly, a White Phoenix Slayer's Magic also carries "Holy" and "Pure" magical energies which feed off the positive emotions of the user and their surrounding, able to give off a feeling of hope to those around them. This also includes being naturally effective against its polar opposite, demons and anything related to Black Arts as the user holds dominion over White Magic.
Once a user has been taught to use their respective element, it'll not only be superior to all other forms of Light Magic but of that produced by a God Slayer of the same element, they'll have the ability consume external sources of their element to replenish their strength, both stamina-wise and magic-wise, this includes that of inferior light magic spells. Despite being an element that specializes in light, the name of this Magic is apt in the regard that the user is able to eat and properly ingest anything that is "White" Magic that is, giving the user a much wider range of substances to eat from compared to most Slayer's out there. With that being said, a phoenix will have no need of consuming these elements to replenish their stamina as their high-speed regeneration will grant them already grant them inexhaustible stamina and vitality.
Spells[]
Basic Spells[]
Offensive[]
- White Phoenix's Screech (白鵬の絶叫 Hakuhō no Zekkyō): is undeniably one of the most common and first spells that a Phoenix Slayer learns, despite its common nature, it's far from a laughing matter as the user will have to gather the Eternano particles inside of their lungs before releasing it through their mouth and towards their desired direction, sending out a highly destructive power spell in the form a scream. A White Phoenix Slayer’s Screech has shown to be quite unique compared to their sibling phoenix slayers as while their screech will incorporate the element of light when performing this attack, its form can vary depending on how the user chooses to unleash it. Similar to that of another slayer's attack, this screech can take the form of a white laser; the trajectory of the said laser can be altered, allowing the user to strike more than one opponent, which upon impact will, despite its blunt properties, have the ability pierce through buildings and threatens to severely injure another human being. But as previously mentioned, this can also be performed differently as the spell can also take a more subtle approach with a violent impact in the form of a tornado of light. This version of the spell is performed in the same manner as usual. But when the spell is being unleashed it almost looks like the user is simply spitting it out a piece of gum, but in reality, it’s a violent torrent of white light compacted into a small proximity that’s barely containing itself. Using the natural properties of light, this spell once released can barely be seen with the naked eye at first before it expands instantaneously after about two seconds, or upon impact, and comes forth in a swirling, torrent of flashing white light that’s able to down buildings, wall and most defensive spells with relative ease. Another addition to its instantaneous appearance is the ability to blind the anyone that’s looking at the spell when released, perhaps best compared to that of a stun grenade or flashbang as it’s also called. And just as in the case of the grenade, this flash of light will momentarily activate all photoreceptor cells in the eye, making vision impossible for approximately five seconds, until the eye restores itself to its normal, unstimulated state. An afterimage will also be visible for a considerable time, impairing the victim's ability to aim with precision.
- White Phoenix’s Talon (白鵬の爪 Hakuhō no Koka): is an offensive and one of the first spells taught to any type of Slayer out there, it’s a spell in which the user incorporates and empowers their leg with their affiliated element, which in this case is light, in order to create a much stronger attack compared to what the user would manage without it. The way this is done is by having the user concentrating and focusing their magical energies and the ambient light surrounding them around parts of, or their entire, leg to the point that their leg begins to emit a bright white light to showcase this application. Once this is done the White Phoenix’s Talon is capable of not only releasing that focused magical energy in the form of a compact explosion but also causing enough blunt damage to send most of their opponents staggering or even flying upon impact. This combination of Light Magic with the user's strength creates a simple yet strong kick that causes intense heat upon their opponent as their leg collides with the target. Should the user miss their target when performing this spell or perform it at a distance, then the magical energies will instead be fired off in a straight line which, again, upon impact will cause a compact explosion which causes damage in the form of intense heat. As a standard spell in a White Phoenix Slayer's arsenal, this can be achieved through only using a minimal amount of magical energies from the user and even less so should they be in an area filled with light. Which has been shown quite vividly by someone like Nero as this move often serves as his favourite and most used ability, even despite its basic and repetitive nature. The standard procedure for any white phoenix slayer would be to use this ability as it was meant to be, empowering only one leg and attack using the same one- but Nero has no issues performing this move while using both of legs or to quickly switch from one leg to another. The former is however only ever performed during certain occasions or alongside specific moves in hand-to-hand combat, but it’s in any case still a feat that showcases Nero’s mastery over his magical abilities.
- White Phoenix’s Grapple (白鵬の組み付く Hakuhō no Kumitsuku): is a slight variation to the White Phoenix’s Talon that involves changing the magical energies reaction upon impact to their target, one which is just as easy to execute but harder to maintain. When preparing this spell it shows off a noticeable change in its appearance compared to the White Phoenix’s Talon as the magical energies take the form of white rings circling around the lower leg instead of simply covering it in a white light. As combat ensues and the user's leg makes its way towards their opponent, the white rings will slip through the target's flesh, skin and bone until the leg makes physical contact with them, triggering the white rings to stick themselves to their opponent. The user can then choose to either lock them in place and force both the user and their opponent to remain locked with one another or let their user slip through and leave them with their opponents; by doing this the rings will expand outwards until the user snaps their fingers and they transmute themselves by solidifying the photons, quickly shrinking in size until they've trapped their opponent. This spell could be described as a pair of handcuffs that can find themselves locking down their opponents limbs or the entire body. These bonds aren't that difficult to remove as even mere physical strength can remove them, those shown having Immense Physical Strength can make them snap with ease. Unlike the White Phoenix’s Talon, this spell cannot be used as a ranged attack but must be done through close quarters combat.
- White Phoenix's Lacerate (白鵬の裂きます Hakuhō no Sakimasu): is a basic, offensive white phoenix slayer attack, that’s designed to either reach their opponents from afar or to take out several opponents at once. It’s a simple attack which involves the user concentrating their internal magical energies and focusing them at the tip of their foot, extending it to cover the entire bottom side of it, before unleashing it as the user swipes their leg in any straightforward motion there is, be it vertical, horizontal or diagonal. When doing so the user creates a line of white light that’s then sent towards the kick’s direction, capable of covering an area that’s 180 degrees from the user’s own position and length of their entire leg. This acts as an evenly paced projectile that packs piercing properties with a laser-like impact, meaning that it’ll most likely sear through light clothing around the area in which it hits due to its heat and cause an irritating gash. The size and strength of this attack can be increased depending on the area in which the user performs it in, using its natural affinity to light by consuming it to the point that it’ll grow in size and ability to cover a larger area, its final form depending on how far it travels.
- White Phoenix's Purge (白鵬のパージ Hakuhō no Pāji): is yet another offensive move that involves the user taking usage of their legs in order to pummel their opponents, this one is an aerial attack that requiring both perception and speed as the user unleashes a flurry of kicks while producing light-based attacks that can be used to empower the move or be used as projectiles. The spell can be performed as the user finds themselves in the air, or at least just above their target, as the user begins to stamp their legs downwards repetitively while causing their magical energies to surge through their body to the point of it materializing just below their feet; ultimately causing the user to send a barrage of light-based projectiles while also striking any opponent close enough with a flurry of kicks. Taking full advantage of a Phoenix Slayer's dominance over the skies and using the projectiles or opponent's body as support, the user will have no issues remaining stationary even mid-air while performing this attack. Its main purpose most often serving as a follow-up move should the situation provide it; either being used against a single opponent for devastating results, to get a few good kicks in on multiple opponents that are close together, or as a way to simply reach opponents from afar.
- White Phoenix’s Light Fist (白鵬の光ー拳 Hakuhō no Hikari Ken): is a basic white phoenix slayer ability that, in pretty much every shape and form, serves as the White Phoenix Slayer equivalent to the Fire Dragon's Iron Fist. Much like the White Phoenix’s Talon, it’s one of the first spells taught and could be compared as identical were it not for the limb that’s being used in the attack. The user must simply concentrate themselves, gathering the atmospheric etharnano and utilising the magical energies bestowed upon them from the White Phoenix, incorporating and empowering the very tip of their hand with their Light Magic before then extending it throughout their entire fist, causing it to shine in a bright white light which can then be used or followed by a number of different moves and abilities. Unlike the legged version of this attack, the white phoenix’s light fist does not trigger a compact explosion upon impact but is instead completely made up out of light magic that represses its violent form to the point of it only carrying blunt properties and thus, upon being on the receiving end of this move, their opponents would experience something more akin to a hot, brick fist smashing against them. Due to it being so inexpensive and accessible, one would realise that it would then naturally serve as easy way to either perform a follow up move in quick session or to even modify the attack the attack entirely but still following recipe in order to perform it. In the case of a user such as Nero, he’s capable of performing this ability several times over with no downtime whatsoever, making him capable of dishing out a flurry of punches that are all empowered in order to serve a good thrashing to anyone standing in his way. But while the first generation phoenix slayer is not only able to perform it with ease, he can just as well switch to one his follow up moves within a moment’s notice, even switching between them to the point of it appearing like he’s using each alteration simultaneously.
- White Phoenix's Luminary Strike (白鵬の光りますスト Hakuhō no Hikarimasu Suto): is a basic variation to the White Phoenix’s Light Fist that when performed allows the user to enhance the speed of which they strike and can even be done so repeatedly in quick session, serving as either a follow up or independently, both of which are strong in their own rights. One of the few abilities that’s able to increase its momentum and take full advantage over the user’s affinity with light as a natural element without having to enter White Rise, it’s one that’s easiest to perform while being in a stationary position but works just as well while on the move, albeit harder to aim right without the proper training. The user performs this spell in the same manner as they did with the White Phoenix’s Light Fist but extends its magical properties throughout their entire arm, by doing this the user may then intervenes ever so slightly with their physical body and makes it more akin to their own element, removing some of its weight and ultimately increasing the speed in which it moves. By doing this the user is capable of dashing out a strike, or block an incoming attack, faster than what most people are able to perceive, let alone efficiently react to. Not only that but the spell requires very minimum amounts of magical energies to perform, making the user not only able to execute it with more than one arm at a time, but also doing so at a rapid pace in by means to avoid or cause harm. But while its speed reaches beyond what could be considered impressive, the ability doesn’t in any way increase the power of their strikes, but rather splits its strength in half as the user essentially trades their strength for speed, making a normal punch using this spell cause minor, if any damage at all to their opponent. Some may argue that this spell should be considered as a defensive or supplementary rather than offensive, but it’s its potential that causes it to ultimately be viewed as an offensive ability.
- White Phoenix's Prayer (白鵬のプレイヤ Hakuhō no Pureiya): is very much the opposite of the White Phoenix's Luminary Strike but much harder to maintain as it requires far more concentration in order to avoid it breaking apart. It’s a magical spell that essentially creates an “afterimage” capable of copying the user’s movement and causing physical damage. The way it’s performed is exactly the same as the user performs the White Phoenix's Luminary Strike, which is to focus and engulf their entire arm in the magical energies of their element, this obviously being Light, before finally stabilizing its control to the point of it being able to follow its every move. The spell sustains itself using the surrounding light together with the atmospheric ethernano, but requires the user’s own magical energies in order to stick to them and maintain a “physical” form. Should the user perform this ability in front of someone that has already witnessed the White Phoenix's Luminary Strike, then it would often be mistaken as exactly the same. However, it isn’t until the user makes a move when their differences starts to show. Once they do, one would notice a white spectre following every movement and rhythm made by the user’s arm, seemingly appearing as if light itself was having trouble catching up to it. But reality it’s an “afterimage” that follows the user’s movement with a one second delay, constantly solidifying and dissolving itself whenever it isn’t making direct contact with the caster, making it appear as a white, spectre-like arm is following the user as they move. Putting two and two together reveals that this “afterimage” is very much able to cause physical damage upon any solid surface, being capable of delivering punches that’s just as strong and effective the user’s own, un-altered, strike. Nero is quite capable of utilising this ability in the heat of combat and even as a reflex in order to block an incoming attack or deliver a quick cheap shot, almost as if being an extended part of himself. Yet, the spell is hard to maintain for longer periods of time and even then it still requires specific environments and conditions to work, typically in broad daylight, in order to keep its form and even solidify itself enough for physical contact.
- White Phoenix's High Heavens (白鵬の高空 Hakuhō no Kōkū): is a offensive spell that in many parts of the term could be described as being pretty straightforward, literally, as it creates and fires off a large magical force in the form of the user’s own fist. As it may appear and sound lackluster at first, its simple design is to compensate for those Phoenix Slayers that lack physical strength and give them the opportunity to pack a real punch in the form of utilising their inherent magical energies and raw power in a time of need. In preparations for the White Phoenix's High Heavens, the user must assemble their own magical energies and possibly also draw from the surrounding ethernano over the course of a few seconds, before centralizing it at the tip of their fist, much like you perform a White Phoenix’s Light Fist, whilst creating a white magical seal in front of them. Through this circle the user will proceed to the next phase of the spell, which is to convey that pent up magical energy from their fist into the magic seal and release the spell, which is done by pulling their arm back before slamming it and their fist into the centre of the magic seal. Doing so will cause their fist to collide with the seal as if they’d struck it against a wall, from there the magical energies will emerge on the other side in the form of a giant, white fist that’s fired off in a straight line. Its size depends on the user who casts it and their mastery of this spell. When performed correctly, it can make up to eighty-percent of the caster’s height from all sides. As its appearance might suggest, this is a spell that carries a lot of force to it in the form of blunt magical energies that’s capable of sending most foes flying and walls falling. While Nero doesn’t lack strength, it’s still quite a usable tool for when up against heavy or magical defenses and armored opponents.
- White Phoenix’s Wing (白鵬のウイング Hakuhō no Uingu): is an offensive spell best suited for when the user finds themselves surrounded from all sides, be it by magic or individuals, as they swirl around while creating a pair of large white wings capable of cutting through obstacles and deflecting simple projectiles. In order to materialize the Phoenix Slayer doesn't need to be in a specific stance or anything but whatever best suits situation is sufficient enough. It's from here that they set their entire arms alight by focusing their magical energies through these appendages, consuming not only their own magic but makes usage of any light sources nearby, and have them shape into a pair white wings that reaches throughout their entire limbs. These always take the form of their natural element and once extended to each side, one could mistake the user for being a hybrid between their human form and that of their teachers. But once this is done and the user starts moving in a circular motion, these new wings can be made to cut through both steel and limbs alike, but can just as well carry blunt properties by folding the tip of their “feathers” inwards should they not wish to cause lethal wounds. While doing so they can also protect the user from simple projectiles such as arrows and bullets by using the circular motion to deflect and or cut through them, using the light to vaporize them.
- White Phoenix’s Beak (白鵬のくちばし Hakuhō no Kuchibashi): is the White Phoenix Slayer variation to the Fire Dragon's Sword Horn in which the user engulfs their body in a cloak of light magic, before propelling themselves towards their opponent at high speed with the end goal being to strike their opponent head first, literally, before sending them flying with the remaining magical energies. When performing the White Phoenix’s Beak the user must take their time and energy to gather a hefty amount of light and magical energies from their surroundings as it’ll be required to attain such high speeds, by consuming the ambient photons and continuously storing it inside them at such an extent that they’ll begin to physically showcase their own Magical Aura, they can then prepare to put most of that pent of energy around and below their feet. This will take several seconds to achieve and it will leave them wide open for their opponent and should thus never be used without any proper protection or insurance that they can actually take the time to prepare this spell. But should there come a time when this is possible, then once the user is finished gathering up all the necessary magical energies they can proceed to launch themselves forward by leaping and causing the stored magical energies to burst beneath their feet and burst them forward in their targeted direction. While in flight, the magical energies surrounding the user will start to rapidly shift its form a diagonal forward motion, much like a drill, and being to centre itself around the user’s head in order to not only protect the user but also for the magic to burst forward once it comes in contact with their opponent. It’s a reckless spell made for reckless individuals, better compared to a double-edged sword as the user puts themselves in as much danger as they can cause when in flight. The user could now be considered a living spear crossed with a battering ram as it’s powerful enough to penetrate through solid barriers and still reach their target on the other side, while upon impact will stagger their opponent before the remaining magical energies makes up the last burst and can send them flying upwards from its impressive force. This latter would not be the case should their opponent actually have created a barrier such as the one referenced.
- White Phoenix’s Radiating Bullet (白鵬の弾焼ける Hakuhō no Yakerudan): is an offensive white phoenix spell that allows the caster to project concentrated beams of energy from a safe distance to assault their opponent. The user must first concentrate their ethernano into the tip of one of their finger's, collecting a concentrated mass of light energy from which it'll fire off like a laser beam towards its destination. Similarly to that of the White Phoenix's Screech, this laser is trajectory and can change direction at will by simply moving their finger. Upon impact, this spell either have a piercing effect that could pierce through metal, or it can create a devastating explosion on contact. While the ability is meant to work similar to that of a bullet, it can be used as a solid laser beam as the user may choose to have the tip being reflected off any solid surface. While this may be used as an easy way to manoeuvre through the battlefield, it can also act as a cutter as the user keeps the laser beam in a straight line and uses it like an extended, thin sword from the tip of their finger. Should the user feel lucky, then they also do the simple option and fire off bullets more similar to that of a gun user; should they fire off a single bullet or a barrage of them, upon impact they can cause both blunt or piercing damage as it’s up to the user if they wanna harm or kill their opponents.
- White Phoenix's Holy Bolt (白鵬の聖ボルト Hakuhō no Hōri Boruto): is offensive spell that summons forth a magical seal from which, after a few seconds, will fire off a magical projectile in the form of a ball of light as large as a tennis ball. It's a simple spell that requires little to no magic on the caster's part but instead a bright environment to make it work. As the user opens their palm and reaches out as if to place it upon a window, the user will be able to create a magical seal that acts very much like a solar panel and starts to absorb the light within their vicinity and build itself up during a course of two seconds before being unleashed in a straight line. It's the perfect tool for when the user wishes to create an incoming projectile while moving towards their opponent or to block a potential escape route while in the midst of battle. While it carries blunt properties and capable of stunning an opponent, or even knock out, should they land a good blow to their head, the White Phoenix's Holy Bolt carries an unexpected amount of force and should not be used in close range unless they want to risk tearing through their opponent or seriously injure them. The user may choose to create several of these at once but doing so will take them longer to charge, two seconds for each seal, as they function as an entity rather than separately. Yet, doing so might just as well set things up for a trap should the caster be good for when planning ahead. This ability on general is probably one of Nero’s most useful and favored spells as he often deploy it before, during and after getting up close and personal with his opponent. All of which being done to create further distractions while also giving him the chance to seize an opening provided by this ball of light.
- White Phoenix's Revelation (白鵬の啓示 Hakuhō no Keiji): is yet another offensive ability that on its own can mistaken as a type of Eye Magic but is in fact very reminiscent to the White Phoenix's Screech as the user produces magically concentrated laser beams through their eyes. It is one that relies completely on the user's own magical energies and invokes the spell by concentrating that energy into their eye sockets, doing so will show a visual change as their eyes as they turn bright white. After a short delay the user may then fire off two white laser beams made out of Light Magic, which is capable of searing through stone walls and explode upon impact with anything stronger than that. Despite this impressive force of magical energies, it has shown to carry blunt properties when in contact with a living creature instead of scorching them like one may think. While the spell merely takes about two seconds to perform, the user can choose to perform it instantaneously with the drawback being that it carries a tremendous amount of recoil which not only causes the user to be completely unable to steer whichever direction the laser beams will fire off to and send the user themselves backwards if there’s nothing preventing this.
- White Phoenix's Fury of Heaven (白鵬の天国の怒 Hakuhō no Tengoku no Ikari): is a magical spell that summons forth a large magical seal in the sky before unleashing a torrent of Light Magic upon their target. In order to cast this ability the user must first decide where they wish to perform it and then concentrate their magical energies on that location, once done the user will make a simple hand sign before creating the magical seal above that position. An act which is only possible within a heavily “light” environment as while a Phoenix Slayer carries absolute dominance over their element, it still requires that very element to be present and in great abundance. This seal will then begin to emit a shining white light between it and the ground beneath it, preparing itself as it absorbs the ambient ethernano and energies of light before unleashing everything within the targeted area. This happens within a close, circled, proximity of about five kilometers in diameter. When unleashed, this spell extorts an impressive amount of light magic capable of searing and vaporizing through both physical and magical defenses alike while leaving living creatures to receive quite a hefty burst of magical energies on top of them. It bears a close resemblance to that of another spell, which is a given as its creator was inspired to replicate it after he remember seeing the ability during a competition during his younger years.
- White Phoenix’s Scattering (白鵬の散乱 Hakuhō no Sanran): is a light-based ability that makes use of the atmospheric ethernano and light in order to create and cast a torrent of numerous beams of light, all in order to either cover a wide area or when fighting against several opponents at once. It’s quite similar to another White Slayer’s attack as Nero has admitted to have taken inspiration from it, yet unlike original, this attack is much more concentrated and drains far less magical energy from the user as it takes advantage of the area around them. The user initiates this attack by crossing their arms in front of them, each arm reaching towards the user’s shoulders, and then uses them as a lock while quickly gathering their own magical energies with the atmospheric ethernano before reaching out with both arms forward, breaking the lock, and casting the spell in the direction the user points their arms. One of the requirements of this spell is that it needs some type of light source within the user’s close vicinity for it to work, the larger the source changing the amount of torrents created while the damage remains the same. The projectiles that are created using this magic are in the shape of bullets while being the size of an average grown man’s fist, all the while travelling in a speed of 370 m/s. Yet despite its appearance it’s best described as being blunt with a lasting burning effect due to the speed of which it travels and it light elements when in getting in contact with it.
- White Phoenix's Moth (白鵬の蛾 Hakuhō no Ga): is an offensive yet basic spell that creates a small sphere made out of light magic, which continues to consume any sources of light across its path and grow as it travels before exploding upon impact. The spell can be brought forth as the user clasps their hands together and proceeds to accumulate their magical energies into a single point, yet leaving it incomplete to the point that it naturally acts to absorb other magical sources in order to stay alive, creating a compact white orb as they remove their hands from another, ready to be thrown at a moments notice. Should the user choose to throw it or slam it against their opponent the impact would the spell to violently react as the compact magical energies is abruptly torn apart, causing it to explode and cause moderate amount of damage against them. Much like the White Phoenix's Lacerate it benefits from an environment filled with a lot of light as it’s but the size of a baseball ball when first created but can reach up to the size of a basketball as it travels, yet its real strength comes not from its consumption of natural light but its ability to absorb any inferior light magic inferior to that of the White Spirit Slayer’s own. In a more practical point of view this spell could be viewed as an extension of the Phoenix Slayer’s ability to consume inferior versions of their magical element. But unlike the Phoenix Slayer themselves, this spell cannot consume the anything that’s white but is instead restricted to Light Magic and White Magic, which in of itself is still a wide range of possible targets. Being curious if the White Phoenix's Moth could consume another White Phoenix Slayer’s spell, Nero once tried using it on his teacher only to find that it had no effect and that it simply went right through as he himself received the other spell head on, not one if his brightest ideas.
- White Phoenix's Holy Binding (白鵬の聖ビンディング Hakuhō no Hōri Bindingu): is an offensive spell that releases one, or several, ropes of light that restraints their targets movement which can be restrained or loosened on a whim by the user. The ropes themselves are very tangible yet due to their elemental nature they emit an intense amount of heat, enough to burn through clothing, into their opponents skin and cause second-degree burns. The user creates this spell by focusing their internal ethernano and magical abilities granted to them by the same mythical creatures that trained them, and centres it around the palm of their hand until a small mass of tangible light is left smothering at the very centre of it. Once this is done the user may fold their fingers together with the thumb being placed beneath them, clenching their fingers together to the point that once they extend their fingers again they’ll find strings of light strapped to each of them. When the user then decides to either place their hand on the intended target or send it off within a close range, the magic inside the user’s palm while cause the strings of light to both extend and grow outwards until they appear more like pieces of rope than strings before the user cancels it, causing the strings to automatically reach forward and ensnare themselves to their targets. This causes the spell to work on any person or creature the user casts it on as their size only makes a difference in terms of how long it’ll take before the ropes are long enough to ensnare them. When the user decides to cancel its rapid growth, it merely cuts itself off from the their hand and leaves behind a visible signs of light across their entire palm from which user can decide whether to loosen or tighten the ropes around their opponent by mimicking the gestures from before: clenching the hand together tightens the ropes while extending them outwards will loosen them. This does mean that the user will be unable to perform any other spells with this hand for as long as the ropes remains. The ropes themselves once attached can be removed using amplified strength alone but the process would be a painful one given the heat, thus it’s more efficient to use this spell as a temporary restraint or once their target is severely weakened. Nero tends to utilise these ropes as a means to restrain his opponent as a means to escort them or should he be up against more than one opponent and he feels it necessary to capture or leave one out the fight once they’re unable to resist.
- White Phoenix's Paradise (
白鵬の楽園 Hakuhō no Hōrī Paradaisu): is an offensive meant to cover a large area as a means to create shock or to neutralise simple, incoming projectiles such as arrows or gunshots by creating a self-growing wave of light in the form of a phoenix that consumes the ambient light to both sustain and boost itself as it travels. By focusing their magical energies across their entire body and having it develop before extracting it just behind the user, leaving it instead to consume the natural light surrounding the user to grow and take the form of phoenix until covering an area larger than the one who cast it. The white phoenix will remain in place and continue to absorb the ambient light until the user extends their arms outwards, prompting their creation to spread the wings as to appear as big as possible, and then at any given moment forward will cause the spell to fly towards that given direction. As it travels and consumes its natural element, it continues to grow in size and the area in which it can affect, the White Phoenix's Paradise will have the ability to burn through small projectiles such as arrows and gunshots with relative ease and larger ones such as blocks of ice will be reduced considerable. Additionally, as this spell can only naturally work in an environment filled with its natural element, the spell is self-regenerative in the sense that should the opponent decide to put a few holes through it using magic or other projectiles, the spell will immediately use some of its accumulated light to restore itself at the cost of growing albeit a little smaller. An issue which can be fixed by simply continuing to consume their natural element. Its ever growing size can also serve as a way to terrify weak opponents as the spell itself would appear to have the ability to incinerate them once they’re hit, but this is in truth not the case. While the spell will tear through incoming projectiles, it’ll cause not much more but a rapid increase in temperature while travelling through its opponents, leaving them for all sense and purposes unscathed. - White Phoenix's Wrath (
白鵬の鬱憤 Hakuhō no Rāsu): is an basic spell that forces light magic to accumulate inside the user before releasing itself outwards in order to free the user from different types of restraints or to simply create some distance between themselves and their opponent, essentially carrying just as much offensive properties as it does defensively. As previously mentioned, the user begins to cast this spell by concentrating their magical energies, surrounding ethernano, ambient light and any other sources available to the user as they start absorbing all of it into a large mass inside their body. As they perform this the user can be seen visibly glowing brighter as white magic starts to emulate from their bodies, causing the surroundings sources of light to flicker as they prepare to release the spell. They do so by typically stretching their upper body forward and outwards as they release all of that pent up magical energies, causing the light to burn through minor restraints with ease and more difficult ones given a little more time. Examples of this would be normal ropes or thorns crawling around their feet which can be incinerated instantaneously while magical bindings will require more magical energies to burn through. All the while bursting it outwards with enough force that it can push opponents that are just as strong as themselves several feet away from the white phoenix slayer, giving off a strong sense of heat as should they be close enough to touch the user they may risk receiving first degree burns. Despite its description it can be cast almost immediately but with the obvious point being that the more the user builds it up, the larger the area they affect and increasing the possibilities of removing whatever restraints are currently holding them to break. - White Phoenix's Splinter (白鵬の刺 Hakuhō no Toge): is a variation to the White Phoenix's Bountiful Light that causes the ray of light to split off into several ones as it travels instead of remaining as one string of light, becoming hard to see while also causing explosions shortly after impact. It’s extremely hard to different between the White Phoenix's Splinter and Bountiful Light as both of them are cast in identical ways with the only difference being the end result. Thus, as the spell charges up by consuming the user’s magical energies and then goes on to makes its way from the tip of their finger and onwards towards their destination, the ray of light will immediately start to split itself into two and repeat that motion five times over. Once this is done, there’ll be thirty-two small, white rays of lights making their way forward as by means to cover an entire body or simply wide area. Upon impact and alone, these rays won’t serve much as a threat unless it catches someone in their eye due to the velocity they carry on their own. This variation is designed to cover the entire body of an opponent or to deal with any other situation that might require a larger area of effect.
- White Phoenix's Spore (白鵬の胞子 Hakuhō no Hōshi): is a by all sense a purposes a painful spell, not for the user but for the one it’s being dealt to as it sets their finger alight, which upon contact creates several white dots that spreads across their opponent’s limb before each dot then connects with one another and scorches their victim, capable of causing first, second and even third degree burns depending on the user. Similar to many of the other White Phoenix Slayer spells, the user begins by concentrating their magical energies onto a single, definitive point which is in this case happens to be one of their fingers, and continues to do so for a period of ten seconds in order to accumulate the necessary energies in order to perform the spell. As the finger starts glowing ever brighter in that shining white light, it finally reaches a point where upon physical contact it’ll transfer all that light magic and spread across a large section of that person’s body like a virus, usually covering an entire limb. It starts off with just a single white dot that isn’t much bigger than a button, before multiplying to the point of covering the entire area and then suddenly connecting to one another. As they do, so does the pain as the entire limb begins to emanate a bright white light and cause pain using heat, which can become so hot as to cause serious damage with the peak being third degree burns. While the spell may find its usages in certain situations, Nero is more than capable of performing it but rarely, if ever, does so as he doesn’t have the stomach to go through with it.
- White Phoenix's Plea (白鵬の弁疏 Hakuhō no Benso): is an offensive spell that gathers and concentrates the user’s own magical energies together with the ambient sources of light in order to create a compact ball of suppressed light magic, which the user can then throw away only to have it explode mere seconds later, creating in every sense of the word a grenade. It works and is created in the same manner that it was just described, with the user holding their hands together while leaving enough open space in between them to store a physical manifestation of ball, glowing in a white light made out of the user's own magical energies. While holding those hands together the user makes sure to leave a small crack open in order to absorb the ambient light as well, having made it so that the ball will explode once it absorbs a certain amount of ambient light. By letting it feed the light ever so slightly the user can determine how long it’ll take before it explodes once they take it out of their hand. This can range between one and eight seconds once performed correctly. The user can mess up the spell by letting it absorb too much ambient light just after initiating the spell, causing it implode upon itself and leaving the user to have spent magical energies for nothing. The spell can be thrown about 40 m (130 ft) while once it actually triggers and explodes, it’ll carry a blast radius of 2 m (6.5 ft) and will carry properties of both blunt and heat, sending their victims flying, cause minor concussions while also causing minor burns.
- White Phoenix's Benevolence (白鵬の慈悲心 Hakuhō no Jihigokoro): is a variation to the White Phoenix's Plea in which the spell will instead an explosion of concentrated magical energies it’ll produce a harmless, flash of white light in order to temporarily blind any opponents that is caught looking at it. The process of performing this spell is quite similar to the original version but with the key difference being that the user must conjure it with open palms, focusing on absorbing as much of the ambient light as possible before using their own magical energies to create a thin shell around it. This shell that serves as both lock and key to this spell is easily torn apart, simply making contact with any other solid surface is enough to break it or even leaving it untouched for eight seconds will cause the ambient light to break through and trigger the spell. And just like in the case of the White Phoenix's Screech, this flash of light will momentarily activate all photoreceptor cells in the eye, making vision impossible for approximately five seconds, until the eye restores itself to its normal, unstimulated state. An afterimage will also be visible for a considerable time, impairing the victim's ability to aim with precision.
Showcasing the ability once it bursts.
- White Phoenix's Solemn (白鵬のしんみり Hakuhō no Shinmiri): is an offensive spell that allows the user to create a triangular beam of white light from their hands, this beam can only move in a straight line but can also be reflected off any solid surface as it travels before exploding once it comes in contact with their opponent. The user performs this ability by extending their arms outwards and holding their hands together to form a triangular shape before starting to focus their internal magical energies, draining the atmospheric light within their vicinity in order to speed up the process, creating a mass of magical energies between their hands in the shape of a triangle. Once this is done the user may fire the beam off in a straight line forward, either aiming straight for their opponent or reach them by having the spell bounce off any solid surface before finally reaching them. Should the user choose to use their environment in order maneuver this spell then they’ll be able to direct where the spell is travelling once it makes contact with a solid surface, making it able to travel towards any direction as long as it does so in a straight light. The spell’s versatile nature is intended for areas with little space or when surrounding with enough obstacles that it can travel and strike their opponent by surprise, with that being said it can easily be intercepted using other magical spell or by striking it with something along its path, which would cause it to trigger the spell immaturely at the place where it was struck.

Defensive[]
- White Phoenix's Divine Verdict (白鵬の神聖な評決 Hakuhō no Shinseina Hyōketsu): is not the first defensive spell that’s taught but certainly a White Phoenix Slayer’s most useful spell as it creates a rejuvenating, physical shielding that covers their entire body which consists of a field of energized photokinetic particles that can’t be seen with the naked eye, which protects the user at all time as if it were an extension of themselves, a feat that’s beaten and trained into the users until they can maintain its form simply by being in a bright area. A trained and skilled user creates this shield naturally as their body consumes and or all ambient light within a close vicinity, causing the spell to rejuvenate itself automatically after a short delay with the obvious change in speed depending on their environment. In broad daylight it can restore itself after merely five seconds while within a closed vicinity it can take up to thirty seconds until it returns, this means that should they find themselves in a position where there is no light whatsoever then it’ll be unable to take form. In terms of how durable the shield is then it’s very much like the White Phoenix's Protection but even more sensitive as even a pebble that’s being thrown at them in high speed can cause the shield to break, making it one of the easiest shields to break but one that’ll still save them from an incoming projectile such as a bullet. While fighting in close quarters combat the shield is able to protect them from the first punch or kick they receive, causing the opponent to feel as if they hit a wall, while something along the lines of a sword can easily penetrate the shield with the only effect being that some of their force will be weakened. The shield itself doesn’t break should the user contact with their opponent with the likes of a punch but it’s instead only reacting towards harmful actions made towards the user and not by them. The spell itself was created as a way to keep up with their lack of speed while not being under the effects of any power ups such as White Rise.
- White Phoenix's Protection (白鵬のプロテクション Hakuhō no Purotekushon): is on the other hand the first defensive spell taught to any White Phoenix Slayer which allows them to create a photokinetic shield in an hexagonal pattern as it protects them from harm, something which they can be summoned in an instant and almost cover their entire body. It’s a simple spell that makes use of the atmospheric ethernano in order to merge it with their own magical energies in order to transform it into solidified photons, something which the user performs by simply reaching out with a flat hand and changing the surrounding ethernano from there. The shield itself covers their entire upper body and extends downwards to the point of just being able protect their knees. It’s a spell that requires timing and precision as the shield is immovable once it’s summoned, not only that but while it does protect the user it doesn’t provide it for long as it’s meant to fend off one or two projectiles and other simple spells. The user can summon this spell with little to no consumption of magical energies and even be done so frequently, making it quite natural to see a user creating this spell repetitively and in swift succession of one another should they face off against several incoming projectiles at once. Nero is more than capable of summoning two of these at once using both of his hands and extending them towards each side of his body, or to even summoning one shield with one hand and another using his other as soon as the first one breaks. It’s by far the most expendable spell within a White Phoenix Slayer’s arsenal.
- White Phoenix's Glósóli (白鵬のグロソリ Hakuhō no Gurosori): is an advanced version of the White Phoenix's Protection spell where the user creates of dome of magical and photokinetic energies using light, creating a shield around them that can withstand high mass amount of magic power or other heavy hitting spells such as a the iconic Dragon Roar made by Dragon Slayers. The user creates this defensive spell by focusing their internal magical energies into their hands before moving and extending their hands from the left to right, starting from their feet and over their body before stopping on the other side. As they perform this movement they transfer their magical energies into the ambient ethernano and causes it to take the shape of a dome of photokinetic energies, making this yet another stationary shield but one that can protect more than just themselves. The spell itself allows the user to protect themselves to the more heavy hitters out there, be it in the form of powerful magical projectiles such as magical beams, a magically empowered melee attack or the infamous Roar performed by the vast amount of different slayers out there. The dome itself will be able to withstand these types of attacks and still be able to remain intact for another two smaller projectiles but will break should it fall under attack by more than one of these or the likes of a Dragon Roar performed in dual elemental mode.
- White Phoenix's Holy Fire (白鵬のホーリーファイア Hakuhō no Hōri Faia): is an defensive spell used in close quarters as the White Phoenix Slayer creates an extremely thin sphere of light around their target before causing the sphere to implode in on itself and produce a blinding flash of light in order to blind their opponent. A spell created whenever their opponent is getting too close for comfort, the user will be able to cast this spell by extending their hand forward and have their own magical energies interact with the ambient light and atmospheric ethernano before creating a sphere that can be the size of an entire human body or just the size of their head that once summoned, will be extremely hard to see at first before it goes on to implode. Once the spell does implode it will momentarily activate all photoreceptor cells in their opponents eye, making vision impossible for approximately five seconds, until the eye restores itself to its normal, unstimulated state which leaves them wide open for any attacks made by the user. While the spell might just sound all well and good, it does require the user to stand at arms length from their opponent and hope that they’ll have about a second or two to perform the spell, leaving them quite open unless performed correctly.
- Holy Body (
聖体化 Hōri Bodi, lit, Holy Body Transformation): is the White Phoenix Slayer version of the common spell known as Elemental Body, which is often utilized by Mages with any type of Elemental Magic. The user is able to perform this action by focusing their magical energies intently, forcing it to accumulate with the user’s body to the point of it adequately “replacing” it with the element of light. When this is done, the user’s body is then able to act as if it was the element itself. Alternatively known as Light Body (明り体, Akari Karada), once the user has begun the spell it’ll allow the user’s body to effectively turn into light itself and obtain the ability to become intangible. While performing this ability, the user’s body will appear in a bright, white light and have the capacity to move like normally or chose to perform it mid-action, effectively making the able to avoid incoming attacks, obstacles or as a simple diversion. While it doesn’t grant the user any type of enhancements such as moving at light speed, it does remove any type of ailments or curses that currently affects them as their body is essentially “cleaned of all impurities” and return to its perfect state.
- White Phoenix's Flash (白鵬のフラッシュ Hakuhō no Furasshu): is an extension of the Holy Body spell that allows the user to take advantage over its natural affinity to light and the ability to turn into light itself as a way to travel a short distance at an extraordinary speed. While the spell is performed in the same manner as Holy Body, in which the user focuses their magical energies intently before turning into their respective element, they’re unable to perform it whilst something is pinning them in place or even while recieving a blow from their opponent. But once the user has an opportunity to cast the spell it’ll allow them to bypass objects and magical spells alike if there’s enough space for the user to move while also timing it correctly, to which in the question of how far the user may travel at its maximum it’s eight meters (26 feet). The spell itself is pretty expendable and doesn’t require much magical energies to those who’ve wielded White Phoenix Slayer Magic for long periods of time, but with that being said it’s considerably more “expensive” and straining to use in area with little sources of light.
- Aórato (不可視 Fukashi, lit, Invisibility): is an ability that acts in a similar manner as Holy Body but instead of incorporating the element of light, the user refracts it from their own body in order to make it appear as if the user is invisible. In order to perform this ability, the user must make full use of their mastery over the element of light and manipulate the ethernano within the atmosphere around them by channeling their own magical energies with it, effectively turning it into an extension of themselves. By doing this, the user gains full control over any light source within their a certain radius, either just enough to cover their body or an area around them, making them able to control the light waves that interact with the positive refractive index. This makes the user capable of altering how their bodies, or area, are viewed by light itself and change the way they refract incoming waves, even forcing a switch from positive to negative refraction. By doing this, the user effectively bends the light from the user, making it appear as if the person is invisible.
- White Phoenix’s Preacher (白鵬の説教師 Hakuhō no Sekkyō-shi):
- White Phoenix’s Faith (白鵬の信 Hakuhō no Shin):
- White Phoenix’s Brilliant Shine (白鵬の華麗な輝き Hakuhō no Kareina Kagayaki): is a simple ability that takes advantage over the brightness that comes with the element of light, making the user able to focus their magical energies outwards from any part of their body, creating a bright enough light that it causes their surroundings to become and reveal individuals using magic Stealth. It’s an ability that is commonplace among almost anyone capable of utilizing the element of light as emitting their magical energies would be one of the most basic principles one would expect from a mage. It can be performed in such a way that their body can emit these magical energies in the form of light via a specific limb or part of their body, or by doing it all throughout their entire body. This, of course, means that a wider area also means a larger consumption of magical energies, but also increases the strength and radius of the ability. But there’s a minor to this spell when performed by a White Phoenix Slayer as it not only blinds their surroundings but also purifies it from any ailments caused to the area around the user, it does not purify any ailments or curses on other users however.
- White Phoenix's Blinding Flare (白鵬のブラインドフレア Hakuhō no Buraindo Furea): is an alternative way of casting the White Phoenix’s Brilliant Shine where the user is able to throw a ball of light that’s able to create the same effect, making the user able to use the spell from a distance. Very much the original version of the spell, the user begins to focus their magical energies at a single point, but in this case it’s stored in the palm of their hands before throwing it towards their opponent or up in the sky, leaving a clear trail of white light behind as it reveals its surroundings and those using Stealth. Using this variation of the spell can open up the possibility to signal allies nearby about the user’s current position, but while doing so it also removes the unique part about the original version which is the ability to remove ailments or curses from themselves.
- White Phoenix’s Heaven's Safeguard (白鵬の上界守護 Hakuhō no Jōkaishugo): is a basic Light-based spell that has the ability to remove, and purify, curses, black arts, any and or all evil, negativity or ailments of any kind from any object or person but it doesn’t heal or recover the damage made to them. By producing a small, yet pure, collection of concentrated magical energies to the palm of their hand, it’ll light up their entire palm in the form of a bright, white light that stretches throughout its entire area and act as the reciprocator for the next part of the spell. Once done, the user can then place their hand upon any object or person in order to purify them completely from anything that would negatively affect the item or body. This includes not only being able to cancel out the effects of magic such as Virus but also removing any type of possession or control over their minds and body as this would be considered a state of impurity. The only cases in which this wouldn’t work would be if the one who placed that ailment uses a type of magic that’s superior to that of a Phoenix Slayer, which in simpler terms means other Slayer Types.

- White Phoenix's Sacrifice (白鵬の捧げる Hakuhō no Sasageru is a defensive spell that causes the user to create a temporary clone of them, lasting only a few seconds but one that can take the hit for the user should the situation require it. The spell itself could best be described as a physical embodiment of the user’s own magical energies, which can be created in only a moments notice by having the user focus their internal magical energies to surround their entire body before forcing it to leave. As the magical energies leaves the user’s body it’ll take form using Light Magic and create solidifying photons as a way to become tangible, thus making it capable of being pierced by swords or struck by lighting as any other being. The clone itself is stationary and doesn’t have the ability to move, but instead the user is forced to move as they’re using this spell, otherwise it cannot manifest and would then return to their body if so. A few examples of this would be when the user is falling, then the clone would remain in place even mid-air, or should the user be running then it’ll appear behind the user and serve as a temporary obstacle for their pursuer. If nothing happens to the clone or if it survives the incoming attack, the clone simply disperse and be absorbed by the ambient light sources.
One of the many ways it can be used.

- White Phoenix's Solidification (白鵬の固化 Hakuhō no Koka): is a supplementary ability that allows the user to create a vast range of simple or versatile tools such as weapons, armour, and even appendages by solidifying photons out of light. These spells take full advantage of its ability to Mold Magic in order to create objects involving their respective white light, making the user able to create some of the most versatile creations there is.
- White Phoenix's Solidification: Pure Strings (白鵬の固化:真正ストリング Hakuhō no Koka: Shinsei Sutoringu): is a simple creation with a versatile design that allows the user to solidify photons into ropes and wires. These ropes can act as loose as jelly with the ability to attach itself to objects, all the while it remains as hard as metal or beyond depending on the construction. The caster must concentrate their mind and place their hands together before focusing their ethernano on creating a ball of light, from where the user may simply separate their hands between their fingers, creating several ropes that first remains at an arm's length before increasing its length at will by simply infusing more of their ethernano into it. To put it simple, the users themselves decide whether these strings of white light will act more like a piece of rope or as thin wires, it all goes down to their own preference and the task at hand. Whether the pure strings comes in the form of Polyester rope or thin like the threads one one's shirt, they’re perfect for constructing complicated creations of their own or setting it up in the woods while preparing for an ambush. But not only do these ropes allow the user to bind and capture their opponents, but it also allows them to utilise it in combat and use it to either block incoming attack, try and disarm them or to let it loose and act as a whip. Out of all the Solidifications available to the user, this one is by far the easiest to construct and requires the most minimal of magical energies to create or re-construct should it be disarmed, broken or in any way be removed.
- White Phoenix's Solidification: Light Sabre (白鵬の正義の剣 Hakuhō no Koka: Seigi no ken, lit, White Phoenix's Sword of Justice): is a constructed blade made out of the user's white light. It's created in a similar manner as the Pure Strings are created as the user must concentrate their mind and place their hands together before focusing their ethernano on creating a ball of light. From there, one of their hands will form a suitable handle while the other hand spreads itself outward, forming and deciding the desired length of the blade and cause the wielder to have the options of creating either a single blade, twin swords, a greatsword or even a curved one should they wish it to. The range of the blade can only reach as far as the user can stretch their arms to each side, should they for some reason desire a longer blade then they’d would require another Light-Based Phoenix Slayer to help them out. Besides having the ability to form a weapon of any length, shape or form, it'll be a construction that's made unbelievably sharp due to the frequency emitted by the light energy, making it in theory able to cut through virtually anything. Thus, a normal blade would prove little defence against this type of weapon and their opponents must instead find other ways to strengthen their weapons or defences.
- White Phoenix's Solidification: Scythe (
白鵬の固化:大鎌 Hakuhō no Koka: Saizuu): - White Phoenix's Solidification: Heavenly Flail (白鵬の固化:ブンリーフリル Hakuhō no Koka: Hebunrī Furiru): is a White Phoenix's Solidification spell that allows the user to create blunt object in the form a hammer or flail that can be used combat purposes, or breaking down defenses that might stand in their way. The user creates this much like they created the Light Sabre, by putting their hands together and focusing their ethernano on creating a ball of light. As they extend their hands outwards and create the length of the weapon, the final part is to decide how the head of it will be shaped which simply goes down to what the user desires at the moment of creating it. This weapon may be used to break through solid defenses with relative ease or to get through simple magical barriers by simply slamming into them. The hammer itself will be broken into pieces should their opponent manage to cut the hammer in two, doing this will cancel it’s magical connection and make it dissolve in their user’s hand.**

The spell itself spends a very minimal amount of the user’s magical energies as they focus it from any part of their body, often through their hands or feet, only to have it suddenly burst with enough force to have their entire body move approximately 0.3 meters (1 feet) from their current position. It’ll allow the user to create a cheap way to move around and change their position should they find themselves in need of doing so quickly, even making them able to perform this ability repeatedly and in quick session.

- White Phoenix's Pike (白鵬のパイク Hakuhō no Paiku):
- White Phoenix's Spark (白鵬のスパーク Hakuhō no Supāku): is a basic supplementary spell that any wielder of light magic is able to perform, one in which the user creates a small light source to guide them through dark areas. The spell can be cast and used in two ways, either by gathering the user’s magical energies in the palm of their hand, creating a small orb of light that’ll float in the air and can move around using their thoughts. Either that or the user can choose to gather the magical energies on a specific surface and have it remain there until the user chooses to dispel it, making the user able to use their fingers, hands or another surface altogether as a way to create artificial light. The amount of brightness and area the White Phoenix's Spark covers is enough to compare to that of a standard torch, but can easily be multiplied should the user wish to do so at the expense of more magical energies. Due to the minimal effort and magical energies needed to create this spell, it wouldn’t be uncommon to see a user having created several dozen of these artificial lights and even remain in their position should the user be 600 yards away from it.

Intermediate[]
White Rise (ホワイト・ライズ Howaito Raizu), also referred to as Phoenix Drive, is an uncategorized Phoenix Slayer Magic spell that's a Magic-amplification technique and equivalent to Dragon Slayer Magic's Drive; Rise brings out the true power of their capabilities as a user of Phoenix Slayer Magic, excluding the power boost granted by Phoenix Force, yet, at the same time, seemingly enhancing the user's physical prowess to a rather extreme degree. White Phoenix Slayers have White Rise; when invoking its power, the caster focuses the energies that are dwelling within them frame intently, as they begin to surge the arcane powers within themselves outwards while inducing the activation sequence of their particular element. From here, the caster is known to work through the concept of symbolism as to replicate the legends where the phoenix dies in a show of flames and combustion before being reborn once more – this causes their elemental energies to undergo the process that's not dissimilar to combustion, with the caster's elemental energies acting as a fuel having a chemical reaction with ambient particles of ethernano that act as an oxidant as they circle around the body of the Phoenix Slayer, resulting in the production of a higher quantity of light energies which begin to give off a white-coloured aura. Not stopping on that, this form additionally causes some physical changes such as white-like markings that are related to the element of White Phoenix Slayer being engraved into their skin; also, it often appears as an actual appearance of veins all over the body. There are five long, blade-like feathers of white colour that can be used for offensive and defensive measures growing out of both of their forearms for creating a Second Generation Phoenix Slayer too. All in all, Rise results in the increasing of the strength, speed, regenerative ability, and potential that the user possesses tenfold, allowing them to take on even foes much more powerful than themselves; entering a state of enhanced awareness and peak physical ability as their element cloaks around them. Usage of Rise varies from user to user; while most use it to enhance their magic output and physical prowess for combat, one can easily utilize the granted power for one single spell which is more often than not their ultimate attack to quickly defeat their opponent. While in this state, the user demonstrates heightened reflexes and extremely quick information processing, and it amplifies the powers of their Phoenix Slayer Magic without exhausting themselves; indeed, whilst using this spell, the user's capabilities are generally multiplied by a factor of ten but it may be possible for them to achieve fifteen times greater power by simply overexerting themselves. This state grants the user the ability to perform new spells; as well as making their pre-existing spells far more powerful, with various users only employing several skills only while in Rise, allowing the user to dish out some serious damage. However, like most similar skills, the uprise of magical energy could easily obliterate the user or severely damage their body, if harnessed for too long, and it can only be activated if the user has unlocked their Second Origin.
